the services included with buying from FMS, so I did preliminary research on their website for used cars in my range. The salesman, Joey, was helpful and straightforward and finance did a nice job explaining the warranties. From seeing a few cars to test driving to filling out the paperwork, the process was smooth and everyone was helpful. I think we were in for about 4-5 hours. Finance and paper work took about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, which was much faster than how it normally goes I was told by family. I get free oil changes for 2 years and free roadside assistance for 3 years.
