only a couple hours. The vehicle was at Toyota for 6 days out of 2 weeks and left in worse condition then dropped off. While speaking to the service team explaining the worsening issues and the unresolved issue they still wanted to charge more money. All the while no matter how many times we called, got transferred or left voicemails our calls were never returned. We took the vehicle back for recalls we were never informed of and told we the vehicle would be looked over again which no more answers were given as to why the vehicle was in worse condition then when originally dropped off. We are out over $1200 for the vehicle to have went from no ac to shaking and low power output. The last person who looked over the car was the most helpful and did keep me us in the loop but everyone else was miserable to work with. Very snappy, short and aggressive with communication. If Chuck is leading your case then you’re in good hands, otherwise take your vehicle anywhere else.

Went 4 times in one month. After leaving the third time I left with a screw in my tire. The second time I went for the part they ordered for my car "they out on another car 15 minutes earlier." Fourth time I went and dropped the car off and stated I needed it back that day. Got a call a 4:13pm (when they close at 4pm Saturdays) and was told I couldn't get my car...and they're closed Sundays. I showed up at 7am Monday and was told "we can't find your keys or paperwork." After searching and having 3 different people look they were found in my service providers desk. I will not be returning. No manager around to even talk to. Shout out to Ricky who eventually helped me and found my keys.

things that needed done were way beyond what a normal mechanic would charge. It would have cost over $800 dollars to get all the things that needed done. For instance it was going to cost around $165 to look at seepage I had around my transmission cap. I ultimately had it looked at by my mechanic and he said it looks like spillage from whenever it had maintenance done to it. He said will monitor it but thats what it looks like. He had my car for a few hours and didn't see any leakage from it. Didn't charge me anything. To me this is over the top. Don't mind paying for stuff that is broke but to a few mins to look something over and then charge $165...Nope.

The only dealership that not only had a 4Runner, but a selection to choose from. Everyone we worked with was excellent, from Fadi in sales to financing. We would definitely recommend Toyota Direct to anyone wanting a great car shopping experience.

would cover the repair. I took my car to Toyota Direct for my convenience. Toyota Direct was not certain that my repair would be covered so I had to have my spouse pick me up after several hours. After receiving notice that my warranty was valid, I returned to pick up my personal belongings and a rental car from Hertz. Hertz did not have my RO number which delayed my rental. Although the repair was delayed by a day, it was completed right before my five day rental was due. I plan to contact Toyota Direct services because my rear window still will not open and possibly need a warranty repair. I’m not sure why the rear window was not checked since the hatch door and rear window cause a double sound alert.

Justin kindly explained my service issues and the associated costs. The service center fixed my issues within a relatively short period of time, and I was on my way. I always feel confident that they do good quality work.
