John Hinderer Honda

I would give zero stars if I could! I have a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD with just 10,000 miles on it that I brought into John Hinderer Honda for service this week. I had to wait over two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car back, there were greasy fingerprints all over the driver's door panel, steering wheel, screen, seat controls, and hood release. There were also fingerprints on the exterior mirrors and hood. I opened the engine bay, and oil was spilled all over the engine cover. I was able to remove the oil from all the surfaces except for the engine cover, which is now stained. I will not be bringing either of my Hondas back to this establishment. I will, from now on, be going to Roush Honda in Westerville, who actually cares about their clients.

dealership but with ANY business. Made promises that I have in writing that they did not follow through on. This is due to a mistake on their end. Even spoke with the manager before making the second trip there, which is 2 hours round trip. Only to get there for the second time and be told they could not hold up in the agreement the manager himself had made. This is after I asked him 3 times the prior day to check the financials because something didn’t add up. He assured me it was accurate. However, after losing half a day of work I was again meet with poor service as I was told they had made an error and the calculations were not accurate on their end.

They were very courteous and understanding. Their waiting room is top notch and everyone is very friendly.

They even looked at something other than what I was there for.

No complaints. They are very helpful. In and out in a timely manner.

and I spoke with Aspen over the phone about coming in to purchase one. I let her know that I live nearly an hour away and before my wife and I get a babysitter and drive out, whether the pricing on the website is accurate (can I really get that deal?). I also asked specifically if there were any dealer added items that were off of the normal sticker and I was told there were none. After we test drove the car, they gave us a proposed deal with pricing that was higher than the invoice pricing on the website for the other vans at that same trim level. After I pointed out this issue, the salesman and sales manager (Ronald) said the website was wrong and was going to be overhauled soon, so it isn't really accurate. I also brought up that they had added $2k in dealer extras, which I had been previously promised to me that had not been added. They refused to rectify the situation and said “since we have already added those items, there is nothing we can do." One of the items was a “protection package” for $1,289 that they couldn’t fully explain what it included. I was lured in with a deal that did not exist and because of their dishonesty and unwillingness to do the right thing, we left. Buyer beware and be ready to pay much more!

My husband is hard of hearing and I use a cane. He really accommodated us in every way. Nice, comfortable waiting area.

set my clock and it wouldn't work. I texted my salesman right away and he assured me it would be fixed. I took it in the following Saturday and was told they had to order the part. I called them after a couple weeks with the status and was told they forgot to order the part but he assured me he would order it and I could come in 2 days to have it installed. I went on Saturday and was told they ordered the wrong part. Then Justin Hinderer told me they could not fix it after all because the part was too expensive. They refused to keep their word and said they would not fix it! I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received and will never go back and will tell everyone about what happened as a result. Shame on them!

Zach Farrington, Beamer Romero and Jared Ridgway are always very professional and they all strive to provide fantastic service for each and every customer's needs. The dealership is always a clean and safe environment. They also have a fantastic waiting area for customers with Beverages and snacks to enjoy while you're waiting on your vehicle. oil change. People that were coming after I got there, were leaving before my car was done. Seriously? Only after I got there was I told that the brake inspection was $89.99. Would have been nice to know that before I came there. So, a "free" oil change cost me over $100.

Service and sales teams. I waited 9 months for my vehicle and was thrilled to purchase the car. During the sale I noticed red specks on the bumper. Me and the sales team worked to schedule the car to come back in to smooth out the issue. I picked the car up and had no concerns until deep cleaning the car later and noticing the red specks all over the car that I did not notice in the time buying the vehicle. I knew I needed tires soon so I asked the service department to look over the issue and was insured the team cleared up any issues with the paint. Once I arrived to my car I noticed NONE of the red specks were fixed.
