though I reside in Tuscaloosa. The customer service is always excellent. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and was out the door before my scheduled appt time! I never leave and always enjoy the amenities of the waiting room. You can’t beat a free breakfast. Brandon made sure to give me a call once it was finished and reviewed my diagnostic. 5 out of 5 stars.

had with a newer used one and was met by Austin the Sales Manager who introduced me to Teddy, who was very professional and courteous. Teddy was very accommodating and worked diligently with me to find the right vehicle to fit my needs. Teddy and his Manager also worked with me on a reasonable purchase price which was very much appreciated! The vehicle had no floor mats and when I asked Teddy about it, it was explained to me that when the dealership acquired the vehicle that it didn’t have any floor mats. Before leaving the dealership I had pointed out some spots on the upholstery to Teddy but there was no final detailing done…..just the stickers removed and a superficial vacuuming. During my attempt to clean the spots at home I pulled the rear seat console down, and was very surprised (and irked) to see what apparently were chocolate stains (or something?) smeared all over the console and in the area where it receded into the rear seat back! What a disappointment! That’s the main reason I give Tameron Honda an average rating.

Honda should be embarrassed at the employees that work and manage the service department. I would give them a zero, but I can't.

It’s very nice and clean with a very nice customer waiting area. They had water, refreshments, and coffee! The restrooms were very nice too! Also, the sales team, the sales manager, and the financing team gave superior service. Thank you Tameron Honda for providing the best car purchase experience!

While my car is in the service department Leah keeps me informed regarding the status of service. She reaches out to let me know when they find something requiring attention and explains why service is required. I only take my car when I call to confirm Leah is going to be there.

The car was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The wait during purchase was a little long, but they made up for it. Everyone we talked to was nice and answered all our questions.

Ridgeline that it was due to have recall work completed. I made an appt online explaining that I was needing the stated recall work completed. I received multiple text reminders from the dealership saying they were ready for me and not to forget my appointment. When I arrived, however, I let the service advisor know I was there for my appointment and recall work. The advisor said “what recall work?” and I had to find the email and tell the advisor what was needed. They then proceeded to tell me that not only did they NOT have the parts for the recall, but that I should have called them. WTH? Why did they (1) accept my appt and then (2) keep in touch about it when they didn’t even have the parts??? Talk about poor customer service for a brand new customer! This was an unacceptable waste of my time. Now I’m really wondering if I purchased by new truck from the right dealer.

15K servicing. Had a very helpful Service Advisor. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was interested in a 12,750 used car and trade in was qccepted. I signed a pre-sale form and got told the car will be ready for pickup the next day after detailing. Okay. Hours later the manager called to tell, that they offer $2000 less for my trade in. They did not care about pre-sale signed form. Of course I could not afford the additional financing options and declined. Days later the sane car was registered at their webpage for about $3000 more. They made a mistake, but would not honor the pre sale signed contract. They should be ashamed!

knowledgeable. The service work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I have used Tameron exclusively for service and maintenance work on my 2019 Pilot. IMO, they know how to service Honda automobiles. Waiting area is very comfortable and is supplied with drinkd and snacks. Also, i received updates on the status of the work being performed.

took care of me. He texted me in the waiting room to ask if I wanted an additional service to maintain my warranty, and was thorough in his explanations of all that was done.

purchase. Sales manager tells his subordinate to go get one from inside. This is the third time they’ve had to run inside for something. First was the key. Second was the car fax. Each time having to wait about 15 minutes. So I tell ask the sales manager why don’t they have business cards in their pocket. First thing out of his mouth is “do you have a business card In Your pocket ?” What a joke. I feel bad for his subordinates.

He made the process so simple for what could have been a very complicated situation. I really appreciated how willing he was to work with me and my dad to get the car.

The specialists were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and explain details about the car. The management team worked with me to work out all of the sales details. I was able to make an appointment to come in and drive out in my new car the same day.

job on the maintenance of my car. He took my information, texted me about the findings and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. He went over the results of their testing and let me know about the various systems such as the tires and the battery. He also gave me information about the product recall notice that I had received in the mail. He did an excellent job of providing outstanding customer service.

not a customer to sell something to and get rid of. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. The salesman and financial person were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Once I purchased my vehicle the salesman took as much time as needed, as opposed to spewing verbiage to get finished to show me all of the many great features on the vehicle and he answered all my questions. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I hav ever had including interaction with all personnel.

However, the contact who emailed me was responsive and RESPECTFUL of the fact that I do not want to be spammed. Most dealerships I've dealt with abuse contact information and cannot take a hint, thereby making a jerk out of me when I have to tell them to stop emailing or calling me. I saw good reviews on this place and had I been closer might have had some time to seriously consider their inventory. If you're in AL, it might be worth your time to check them out.
