appointment was delightful. We talked through my needs and it was determined that I would drop off the car and leave it while I was on vacation. I entered the service door that scheduled Saturday and was met with a stressed out service rep, who questioned my arrival. In short, I felt scolded. They say first impressions are everything so because of how I was (un)welcomed in the service door, I won’t be back. Car repair is a service business, customers get to choose where they spend their money, so unless I have a recall, I will not be returning. And as much as I’ve enjoyed driving my Mazda, this experience has made me ready to look for another make if/when the time comes.
