2023 Kia SORRENTO for a 2025 Honda crv hybrid

Kinda far but, we decided to take a ride to see this used 2022 CRV. Nice car but, a couple of things were wrong I did not care for. Richele was or salesperson. She didn’t try and sell us on something I didn’t want. From the short time we were there she new I was pretty picky and knowledgeable about the car I wanted, and she offered if anything else comes in she will give a call. I thought to myself thanks but we won’t make another drive here. About a week later she called and said she might have a car for us to look at. It took a few days to get back to her and she assured me the car was nice. I took another few days to get there. Long story short the car was nice we purchased it and we were on our way after some haggling. Even though Richele was new to the business, she was very knowledgeable and confident of her job. I Would recommend this dealership and specifically Richele as she is an asset to Shenago Honda. Keep selling young lady. Bob her boss was also great to deal with. Keith and Paula G.

They must think they are the only car dealer around! They were asking almost 10 grand for a 16-year-old car! I offered what kbb said would be a fair deal. I was told that kbb did not know cars. And would not budge. So, left without car. Two weeks later and they still have the car and have lowered the price. The people I worked with are not listed.

The man at the counter (half a hoagie at his desk) told me I had to talk with the woman (who was on a phone call with a customer since I entered the building). I had initially cancelled the oil change with the woman and this man made my rescheduled appointment. I cannot help to think that this man does not like to wait on a woman yet alone a disabled woman because a man walked in after me and he took full care of him! Do all disabled people get ignored here?!?

vehicles. Mike Morocco sold me the first two and Cliff sold me the latest. Both of these fellows were a bit different than typical car salesman. Neither engaged is bs'ing me or making false promises. The manager I though was fair I thought but I know his first concern was his own bottom line. The two things I didn't like were the last vehicle I got, I leased and Honda changed the allotted miles from 12k per year to 10k and I have to pay Honda 300 bucks unless I buy another Honda. In effect forcing me to stay with that line or pay up. I know that's Honda and not the dealership but the dealers could push back on that.

I was undecided whether or not I should buy the lease that I had or go into a new lease. Jay was extremely helpful and explained both options to me and I am very happy with my new car. Jay was very pleasant, professional and not pushy and I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. I hope he has many years at Shenango Honda and is considered an asset to your company.

by not offering any discounts at all. They are also undervaleing trade in vehicles by more than 60%. I understand that they need to make a profit but, these people are sooooo gready that I will never step foot in this dealership again and have my intelligence questioned by such a lowball trade in offer. Maybe this is the place to go if you have more money than brains. Good luck
