for an airbag update yesterday at 9 a.m. i said i also wanted the park assist system fixed. after being in waiting room for 5 hrs i asked what was going on. he said they were waiting for approval from our vehicle maintenance company. i find out later they did an inspection on total vehicle and had applied to our company to fix a bunch of other things that i had not mentioned and the total was 3800.00 for things i did not want or tell them to fix. meanwhile, my service clerk let me sit there the whole time and never once came and told me what was going on or i could have told them to just fix the park sensor issue. at 2 p.m. when this was all discovered he said they could get all the work done yet that day. there was approx. 12 hrs labor on the estimate and not sure how they would have got this done by 5. i ended up taking my vehicle without getting the park assist fixed.

ago and purchased the additional warranty. My air conditioner started blowing hot on one side and cold on the other and the zones would not separate. I took my car there on June 30th of 2023. I had a slight melt down in their service department after the fifth week of waiting and was referred to their service manager, Steve. I thought well now maybe I will get somewhere. Four weeks later (nine weeks total, 62 days) I was told last Monday it would be ready in two days. I went by there today and now they are saying next Tuesday which will be day sixty seven (67). How could this happen other than sheer irresponsibility on the dealerships part. I will never ever do business with this dealership again. This starts at the top so whoever their General Manager is needs replacing.

service. Bought a pickup less than 3 months ago, and it died, and no one was willing to help in the slightest over the phone. Finally get it there for an appointment on a Friday at 8a.m. It was past 5pm when I finally heard back and NO ONE EVEN LOOKED AT IT that day and no one was going to look at it Saturday either. I’ve gone two weeks without a vehicle now. Lost my business for good. Not a way to treat a first time buyer. Don’t know how anyone is a loyal, repeat customer here. What a joke.

brought my car in twice for a recall. First time, they kept my car for two and a half weeks, and when I asked for a rental, so I could get to and from work, they said they couldn't get me one. Second time, was for both catalytic converters and oxygen sensors. They informed me on the phone that the service would be done in two hours and my vehicle would be good to go. When I brought my vehicle in, they mentioned they would call me when the service was done, but instead I got a call that said they "didn't have the parts." After they had already informed me the service I was coming in for would be completely finished.

Very patient and found the perfect vehicle for my 16 yr old son. Made the process very easy!

next day Susan kept calling and texting since it was Katies day off.. Then Billy called and we Made a deal over the phone with Billy, Drove over 2hrs to buy the vehicle, Get there and they wouldn't honor the deal then tried saying it would be an additional $3,000 for an accessory that i was quoted $300 for. Zeb wasnt willing to make it right! Worst experience ever!!

I was taken care of from the minute I arrived until paying the bill. While in the waiting room, I was checked on numerous times to make sure everything was ok. I was also updated on the status of my vehicle while waiting so I knew what was happening.

My experience was great while getting our vehicles serviced.We both enjoyed the friendly atmosphere from the staff members. Our vehicles were serviced in a timely manner.

The sales team was helpful, and we love our new Traverse. We loved doing business with Ryan in the past and will continue in the future. (The only thing we thought that could use improvement is when we received calls from Customer service setting up appointments to meet with sales and sales didn't know anything about these meetings)

I was assigned a service advisor named Mitch. I talked to him on 12/13 and he said it would be coming in the next day. When I called on 12/15, 12/20, 12/27 I got voicemail and no call back. Finally called and asked for a person. I got a very rude lady who told me that she did not have time to look this up. She was too busy with people waiting. I said my truck has been there since 12/6 and she said, "well if you will hold till I finish them I can try to look it up." I went to answer and was put on hold mid sentence. I held for around 7 minutes and when she came back, she could not find the unit and I was told Mitch was not there. She found the unit # but no work done on it. She said hopefully Mitch would be back tomorrow and I could call him for an update. SO for almost two weeks I have not been able to get an update on this unit. This is not good customer service and I am very unhappy with the service I have gotten.

Great service. Did a quality job quicker than anticipated. All staff was friendly. Definitely in the Christmas spirit, lots of Christmas clothing. Good to see all involved.

We were pleased with the service. We will be going back to purchase vehicles in the future! They were able to do a search and find the vehicle we were looking for it.

Usually we just drop a vehicle off without an appointment and Mitch makes it happen. Today we had an appointment and, quite frankly, I was amazed at how fast the service was completed! Oil change, tire rotation, wash and troubleshoot a minor issue in less than an hour! WOW!!! Mitch and his crew are awesome and they don't quit till you're happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I have made made 5 purchases in 3 years. I enjoy buying with Ryan dealerships. Adam at the Chevy store Paul at the Honda store and Sarah and GMC. All my purchases have been pleasant, service has been trash. Im even convinced I have paid for services which were not rendered. The GMC and Chevy service centers are a JOKE. I will not buy another vehicle from Ryan based solely on the their service center. I will do research on where my money goes as Ryan owns dealerships which don’t sport the “Ryan” badge. Good luck on your purchases I hope your sales experience is similar to mine but your service is not. Thumbs up on sales. Two thumbs way down for service.

Drew immediately greeted us outside and provided phenominal service. He was very accommodating and informative. We came in about an hour and a half before closing, and he never once rushed us to make a decision or leave. He took his time explaining things and giving us different options so we could make the best decision. I was very happy with the experience and recommend Drew to everyone! Got a tires installed on my car they were able to order the brand and model of tire I wanted. They also noticed that my brake fluid needed to be flushed. Quick in and out same day they also gave me a ride to another vehicle. This is my go to place for work to be done on my vehicle.
