their website. Was told they had it in stock and available. Now comes the strangest thing that has ever happened to me in over 50 years of purchasing automobiles. When the salesman found out I was from Montana, he checked with a manager and the manager said their stealership doesn’t sell to people from Montana. I asked why and the salesman did not have an answer for me. Craziest xxxx I’ve ever heard. I don’t blame the salesman, he was just the messenger. I wouldn’t do business with this stealership if they were the last one left on the planet!!! I found another vehicle, also in ND, that’s closer to me and that dealership was more than accommodating to sell me an $80K truck.

Compared to buying cars there, you are faster and friendlier. And have a nicer showroom. My salesman, Jon, was amazing. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. If I had a question, he either had the answer or knew where to quickly find it. Most importantly, I did not feel like he was "selling" me a car. Instead he helped me toward making that decision by telling me what I wanted to know, and no what anyone thought I should know. He does very nice work. I would rate more of your people, but I'm sorry I can not remember their names. But everyone I talked to was a pleasure.

transmission axle seal replaced. Since it takes over a month to get in for repairs, I cleaned up the area so no more oil would fly all over underneath the vehicle like it was doing. It was wet around the area but not like it was initially. So, when we dropped the vehicle off, they sent pictures of all the outer axle areas and not the area where we showed them the leak. I'm assuming they had taken the vehicle out of the shop already. When I wanted Steve Fisher to call me so I could tell him they did not look in the right area, he very rudely said I did no justice cleaning the area up so they can't fix it today. This is why we have warranty, and I'm sure he felt stupid getting caught in his smart alec answer back to me. He obviously was having a bad day, and he should have stayed home. I then immediately made another appointment which is another month and I told him I will bring it up there again to get fixed. So, if you have oil leaks on your vehicle, go to another dealership. Steve Fisher, if you get him as your advisor will not fix it!! Also, Jennifer Brinkman, the service manager was supposed to call me, and she has not. I think they are all feeling pretty stupid on this whole situation.

Tell me my transmission fluid is low and leaking but can't get me in to check until 12/27. That's unacceptable! But tell me it's urgent ?!
