I felt like I was not listened to when I explained my situation over the phone, and the overall outcome at the end resulted in my car not being fixed and me owning hundreds of dollars. One positive side of my experience was the way I was treated by one of the floor salesmen. He was very understanding. When speaking to a few other floor salesmen, I did however feel that my car situation did not matter, and that the only thing that mattered was them selling me a new car.

He did however email me photos of the car I liked, which was kind of a sneaky ploy, but it worked because we went back and bought it. I dislike car salesmen in general, but Mikey is one of the two I DO like! If you're looking for a KIA, go to Montrose in Sheffield and ask for Mikey.

I took my vehicle in for service and I was shuttled home and back to the dealership when my vehicle was serviced. The service took about an hour and a half, I am very pleased.

All I needed for this was an oil change and a tire rotation and oil filter. They told me my car was not ready until 230. I waited in the waiting room. Glad I brought a book to ours it’s ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation. They should’ve scheduled me for another time on another day rather than make me wait for two whole hours in the waiting room I was not happy. Needless to say you should never have to wait longer than one hour for the services.

This is my second car from here! Very satisfied.
