AC that won’t work correctly. Brought home and within 2 hours on our way out of town, it stopped again. Horrible experience and horrible service. They also wanted to fix another issue where parts would cost $210 but labor was going to be $2600. Ridiculous experience. Apparently they have gone from great to worst. Update: the service manager called me about this review and when I asked how this could have happened, he told me it can happen even though we kept car and tested car for 2 days. Then when I said that most of service staff gets miffed when I refuse expensive service due to high cost of labor, the guy tells me I should buy a Honda? Ridiculous experience. Apparently this guy thinks, high cost of service is due to expensive car and parts. Check your service manifests. Parts were only $210, see the screenshot attached. His name is Gerald Bailey and called himself service manager. Apparently they need lesson in customer service and communication. I am ready to teach at any one of my businesses. Update: in your response you said you had informed me to bring vehicle back. Look at your cameras and tell me when did you do that. When I picked up the vehicle, none of your service people Talked with me. I waited for approximately 14 minutes to get a list of recommended repairs but no one even said hi. This is 3rd time this has happened. May be you need to train your employees in proper customer service.

Noor was my salesperson and she sold me two cars during her time at the dealership. She has moved on, but I really appreciated her service and friendliness.

EQB was leased. Upon entering the new vehicle to depart, the dashboard malfunctioned. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle while the new one was taken for service. After contacting the dealership to request a cancellation of the contract and return of the car due to these initial issues, the manager, Michael Dega, informed me that they typically do not cancel contracts. I pointed out that new cars should not experience breakdowns before leaving the lot. He maintained that the contract would not be canceled and that they were attempting to resolve the issue, which he believed to be a software problem. This experience serves as a warning; the dealership was friendly and accommodating during the sale, but once the contract was signed, we were left with a vehicle that could not be driven off the lot.

Despite giving them a heads-up that I’m a particular customer, I was ignored for nearly an hour—seemingly due to my casual attire and youthful appearance. The experience left me feeling judged and disappointed. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the EQS sedan and SUV, including the specific trims I wanted to explore. When I booked the appointment, I even apologized upfront for being a bit of an annoying, picky customer, hoping to ensure the process would be smooth. I arrived early and decided to walk around the showroom while I waited. The front desk attendant was incredibly kind—she greeted me warmly, apologized for the wait, and offered me water. After I informed her of my appointment, she called the salesperson, letting them know I had arrived. Despite being the only customer in the showroom, I was completely ignored by the sales team. The front desk tried multiple times to reach my salesperson, but they never responded. I waited 37 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without a single acknowledgment or approach from any salesperson. Finally, I decided to leave. As I was getting into my car, I received a call from the dealership. I explained that I needed to make some work calls but would be parked outside for another 20 minutes. I even described my car and location, saying that if a salesperson came out, I’d be willing to return inside. I completed my calls, waiting the entire time, but was still ignored. One salesperson eventually came outside, made direct eye contact with me, but instead of approaching, got into their own vehicle and drove away. Coming from a family that works with Mercedes-Benz, I chose this dealership on their recommendation. However, it was clear that I was judged based on my appearance—I was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt after a day of hiking. The assumption seemed to be that I wasn’t a serious buyer because of how I looked, despite some salespeople appearing to be around my own age. I hope this experience was an isolated incident limited to the staff on duty that day, as it seriously undermined my trust in a brand that I had previously respected and valued.

Communication was non existent, no appologies, and it took a week for the service manager (Jon) to call me after requesting some better understanding of why it would take this long and Mercedes would leave a repeat loyal customer without a vehicle or explanation for weeks! Never use Mercedes of Novi for any service work.

She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and above all else, kind. She sold me not only a fabulous car but a life long relationship with this dealership.

The customers are not greeted by anyone. Also, once the car is sold, the dealership will stop responding to your calls. I bought a GLC300, and the car had some issues. I took it to this dealership and they just wanted to take more money from me for parts that were not covered by warranty.

My mother's 20 year old Mercedes SUV died last week, she didn't know that though because the service department wanted to make her happy by trying to fix it. When I got a frantic call at work from my mother explaining what was going on, I knew, I knew right then something had to be done and done right. So I called Mercedes-Benz of Novi and introduced myself as my mother''s daughter and how I needed help with my mothers car after learning that it had turned into a dead vehical and too dangerious to drive. Everyone I spoke to, listened, shared their thoughts, helped me form a plan to right the situation and also helped me spring into action. Each person said the same thing," I would not let my mother nor my grandmother drive that vehicle anymore", "Its too dangerious". I felt the same way whole heartedly. So within 24 hrs, my mother stepped into a used 2020 Mercedes-Benz, because nothing compares to a Mercedes in my mothers eyes and nothing drives like one either. It's shiny silver, just like my mother likes things......Shiney, it drives like a dream, it's got a warrenty, it's got all the bells and whistles and the good people of Mercedes-Benz of Novi took the time to teach my 75yr old mother tips and tricks of the car. The extra care the sales guy (Mr.Wheeler) took to get my mother, be sure her extra key went back to the valet at her apartment complex, took car of everything from plate transfer, to payment plan, to staying in contact with me the whole time. All of these things made me feel, loved, well taken care of and most importantly made my mother (who has owned a Mercedes for 20 plus years) like she had a whole community looking out for her best interest. !! 2022 transit van with less than 8000 miles. Check engine light on, won't go over 60mph. I bought it for a brand new business, so this could be fatal. They cannot service it until late November. about 6 weeks!!! Services under warranty might get the least attention!!! The service department further told me they may have it for 3 weeks!!! HORRIBLE!!
