After I came home I noticed that my left rear tire was at 30psi, which means they only didn't inflate the tires, but they didn't rotate them. I know this because that tire always runs a little low. Came back that that afternoon after complaining about the rotation, and noticed the tires were not inflated. Also they didn't rotate per manufacturer specs. The rear tires are to go to opposite sides in the front. My low tire was simply moved forward bc they were too lazy to do things correctly.

Colerain Ave and the experience was good the salesman was very helpful and insightful there was a issue with the car that had a bumper to bumper warranty and those issues were not covered my salesman attempted to resolve my issue to no avail so I spoke with the General Manager and his Professionalism was amazing and his response to my problem was a testament to the Joseph Chevrolet Organization that you don’t get from other dealership around the county of Hamilton County. My issue was immediately resolved by the General Manager.
