Whenever I need a car care appointment I give Dan a call, get a run down of how everything's holding up, and get back out on my day before the next batch of cookies comes out of the oven. Along with keeping the energy positive and calm, it does make the whole dealership experience be less of a stress on your day than one would expect.

vensa. I tell other people about it. First thing I told the finance man was, I am a loyal Toyota guy. Bought my 04 Tacoma from this dealership. Brought my mother in for a camray. Leasted a camray for my wife. And I want your honest best deal up front. Well, to make a LONG story short-- the payments started out at 550 a month at FULL price and poor trade in. After getting up and starting to walk out, The manager asked me what I wanted. I told him.. Then ...I got the trade in I wanted because of super low milage. A good interest rate and a monthly payment of 360.00. Then I asked the manager, do you remember what I said to you three hours ago ? That will cost you in bad reviews.

They were up front with pricing and kept you in the loop on how your vehicle was progressing thru the service.

Everything went great they did exactly as I asked. They honored my coupon.for the alignment.time flew by in the comfy waiting area with a/c. Cold beverages and snacks were available !

He did a great job calling me back and he went above and beyond. I texted him back in the evening when he was off work and he didn’t have to text me but he did and I appreciate it. He was working off. The clock made me feel like I was a loyal customer, and I meant something to him Earn my return business.

and how it was explained. I had a “appointment” at 8 am on my new Camry for its first service, topping fluids and rotating tires. This was completed by 10:20am, 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I asked why it had taken this long and was told there were people ahead of me and my appointment did not mean anything other then that was when you would check the vehicle in. The “customer service” person said we are like DMV that way. If you’re likening yourself to DMV as an example of your customer service skills you should be revaluing and changing everything.

He always gets me in quickly and makes sure things are done right and in a timely manner. The technicians rock! Always accurate on diagnosis and excellent with repairs. I’ve recommended Gresham Toyota in the past and will in the future.

my tires rotated. The guy that checked me in, very nice and professional. However, I made it very clear I did not want my truck pulled out and parked. After waiting a long hour and 45 mins.i decided to check the status of my truck.( I'm a very tidy person and take really good care of my things) As they lowered my truck down and shut the hood. I watched a guy covered in grease, roll down all my windows. Resting his forearm on my door. He went to pull my truck out, gased it, not realizing it was neutral instead of drive. Then slammed it into drive. I about lost it! As he's driving my truck around the lot! I caught up to him, and asked him to please get out of my truck. He informed me he was parking! I told him no and please get out! He insisted parking. I said to him, pull my truck right here into a spot and get out. He proceeded to park my truck, and shoved it in park before coming to a complete stop! What the xxxx! This is my truck, I bought it brand new with 2 mi on it! I feel so disrespected, when I'm suppose to trust you with my vehicle? Not to mention the guy moved my seat, left his gross arm print on my door! Ugh! Ended up being a 2hr day for an oil change! Maybe don't schedule so many appointments for one day!

I rather like the text messages informing me of the status of my car and to even receive video clips of work being done was a nice surprise. I was in and out in no time. I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the tech working on my car but he was good.
