Wayne Toyota was awful enough to warrant one... I called regarding a new Toyota Sienna I found online; we agreed to a price and I placed a deposit to hold the vehicle until that evening when my wife and kids could go make the purchase. Despite them knowing we were coming, a grand opening party with 100+ corporate people filled the showroom. Despite them knowing we were coming, they did no prep work before hand and we sat there at a table for an hour before finance decided to make an appearance. By that time, my toddlers were disruptive enough where I left with the kids and let me wife sign for the vehicle as it was going under her name. She was explicit on telling finance she didnt want any extra crap added like warranties. Lone behold, he slipped in almost 7k worth of added stuff after my wife made a mistake by expecting honesty and evidently signed the document. It took me 48 hours of persistent calling to get somebody to remove those service agreements. Then, they STILL have the nerve to come back and claim that they shouldn't have kept us at that lower interest rate and needed to raise the rate or shorten our loan terms. This conversation occurred a week AFTER we signed a new contract. What?!? Even after appealing to the GM, I was stood up. It took a threat of returning the vehicle on the basis of failed financing that got them to finally honor the original loan terms. Furthermore, there was an entire feature advertised online that was not on the vehicle. In fact, its not on Siennas at all (but it is a Toyota feature). Before the loan issue was resolved I made a complaint with Rohrman Auto Group. They've never followed back up with me. I've never heard an apology from the GM (or any words for that matter). No compensation or free service offerings. At a minimum, they could have apologized for not warning us about a grand opening party that night which caused a very distracting and sour car buying experience - but not even that. The sales and finance people we worked with are shady and dishonest, which is wild considering how easy we made it for them to earn commission on 60k. Clearly this dealership and automotive group are ok with that behavior. For that reason, they've earned their 1 star and won't receive our business again.

11th they still have not registered my vehicle. I had called to follow up numerous times and continually got the run around. Now nobody returns my calls. Nobody has reached out to me to let me know what’s going on. I bought a truck I can’t drive because no one here cares.

Requested a.second key and was told I would receive it. Received excuses, but never a second key. After purchasing vehicle and going in glove compartment, found what I consider confidential paperwork in my car relating to other people.

evening test drive over the phone, they texted me all the information. I got my kids and drove 40 minutes from home and my husband drove the same from work and we met. When we got there we found out they had just sold the car. Even though I had called and scheduled several hours before. The sales man acted nonchalant like it wasn't a big deal. Asked me if I had had a long day because I looked tired. We had cash in hand and will not go back to Fort Wayne Toyota. We will take our business elsewhere.

I went in looking for a Toyota Rav4 and I had two different ones that I was interested in. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was able to test drive the first one I was interested in. I ended up getting the second one to my own surprise! Michael was kind, quick, and helpful through the entire process. The manager, Alex, provided wonderful help to me and was able to secure the best finance deal for me as well. I would go back Fort Wayne Toyota in a heartbeat to purchase my next car!

multiple vehicles and purchased many vehicles here over that time. What used to be a customer oriented service with friendly, knowledgeable staff and technicians is now full of young people who have no idea how to communicate beyond the aggressive and completely unnecessary sales they solicit. I have zero trust for their ability to perform even basic services as like all others commenting, everyone is over promised and then under delivered. I have been told so many times that services I have requested and paid for are simply not done. I have reached out many times to the head of the entire service department Kris Gordon and have NEVER heard back, so before you post a canned response to me, don't bother. Your business is only here to suck as much money out of customers as possible without providing them anything.

I appreciated his efforts in making sure we were treated fairly and all of our needs were met.

Service was straight forward and completed on time.

which included alignment. Ever since serviced, the alignment has been off. My truck was swerving to the right everytime my steering wheel was in a straight position. I took my truck there 3 more times but issue is still the same. Its like nothing was done or fixed. I wasted my time waiting and had to take some time off work. I called service center and asked to talk to the manager but the receptionist named Jen said that she would have manager call me. Its been a week and no call from them. I would not recommend them. Technicians don’t seem to be competent. Very disappointed. Spent money for service that did not do good for my truck on top of missing hours at work.

He made the process alot easier, i found the car i knew i wanted and test drove it with him, came in that next weekend and got the car! Thank you Curtis so much for working with me and getting me into this nice 2020 accord sport :)

We are both happy with our purchase and happy with the service we received from Austin, David and Jerome in the Sales Department, Kevin the General Manager and Jen in the service department I would recommend Fort Wayne Toyota as a great place to start looking for a car.

I schedule the service online and when I show up, the technology in place knows who I am and what work is to be done.

car store, the car was not ready for sale at all. Car had completely missed detail, car has a pretty bad oil leak and I don't think it was properly inspected/serviced before sale. I also realized that the passenger side headlight housing is completely broken away from all mounting tabs(they definitely should have at least attempted to secure it). I tried to reach out to the GM of fwt with no success on a callback. My salesman Jerimey did a fine job and got thrown into this whole deal last minute as the other saleswoman I was speaking to had left early for the day. Overall not a good experience and I can assure you I will not be back.

Came in as scheduled and got my vehicle right in bay for service. Done within the hour and on my way home.

Our salesperson said the truck would be detailed as well when it was serviced, but it was not. 70 miles were put on the truck from the time it was dropped off until it was picked up and I do not know what the reason for that was! 1/4 tank of gas was used while someone enjoyed driving my truck. Not very happy at all. Do better!!!

Tire rotation done but all the tire pressures are way off and so my vehicle does not drive as smooth. There was no updated oil change sticker was placed on windshield.
