manager was using as personal vehicle and added 4,000 miles to the truck from what was advertised, I was told that they would reimburse me for an oil change and that I did not need to use a Ford dealership. When I presented Josh with my receipt he had told me there were Ford pass points that I could have used and they aren't paying for my oil change. BUT when you go onto Ford pass it states that the points are not available until 60 days after purchase. Digging deeper into the app you have to request your points and they instantly appear. I have emailed Josh and the manager (Tyler Torres) since June 14th and neither of them are responding to me. Here is my 1 star updated review from my original May 3rd review. Hope it was worth the $77 you didn't want to reimburse me for OR should have done an oil change before the truck left your lot.

almost a week. I only Found out when I went to get an inspection stick and they informed me the vehicle was NOT registered. It took me calling them to Inform them it wasn’t registered. Soooooo they could have done the inspection sticker as you should

!!!!! never get any type of service at this dealarship! My car was there for almost 3 months. First, they told me to get my car while waiting for parts to come in that was safe to drive. Once I got there the employee told me that my car was not safe to drive. They did not give a loaner during the period. Now the person that told me do not drive my car is no longer there doesn't work over there no more...now my car is back to safe to drive! After months where I had to purchase an old car to be able to go to work. They play games with customer; they do not care what the situation THEY CREATED case to me! Spoke to the Service director "Martin", and was blaming me of his old employee information gave to me. The rudest person I ever talked in my life!!! Never felt so mistreated! Costumer to them is only a cash symbol. Please do not do business with this company!!! Please dont!

They lie about the condition of the cars to get a purchase then when you figure the problem out and bring it to their attention they try and gaslight you into thinking you’re the one who did it when in reality they sold the car messed up so then your just stuck in a contract with a messed up car with a whole bunch of problems. I would not refer or recommend them to anyone I know!!!

Marc was helpful. Unfortunately, Marc was not working on the day I picked up my truck and I missed the crack in the window. Marc was very responsive and the dealer replaced the window within a week.

I bought a vehicle that was advertised as no accidents or damage reported after purchasing carfax found out that vehicle had been in 2 accidents dealership claims they do not have to inform customers of minor accidents even though if is considered an accident on the report so now I’m going to have trouble ever selling it. They refuse to buy the truck back from us. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS they also sold a car that was rolled over and claimed it has never been in an accident.

into the New Bedford Ford dealership after receiving a "guarantee to win something" mailing from them-He won some ear buds. He purchased a vehicle that day. After that it was a nightmare for us as his children trying to fix the things he had signed up for! It was Robert Bernier, the Finance Manager at the Fall River Dealership who really helped us out by just taking sometime to reach out to someone that he new at Santander Bank to find out WHERE the title to my Dad's new vehicle was. My sister and I had already dealt with a lot at the NB dealership to no avail-not very helpful!! I had called Santander bank several times and spent hours on the phone and got nowhere. I went to the registry with the lien paperwork they gave me after he paid it off and it wasn't the correct paperwork I needed to get a replacement title-seeing as where they said they had already sent it to my dad. I actually went to a Santander branch in desparation hoping they could escalate the problem and I could get some answers. Robert Bernier went out of his way to get this taken care of-made a call to help find the title- My Dad finally received his and title. It's hard when you have an elderly parent-they get nervous, don't always understand what's on, get confused. It just took a little help from someone who had compassion and a great work ethic to fix this issue for us. My siblings appreciate what he did. I would do the same. I am in heathcare and ALWAYS go above and beyond to do the BEST for my patients-even if it's a little extra work-especially the elderly!!!

They steal from you lie to u and don't care about you at all. Stay as far away as possible. A week later and I just got an email from dealerrater asking me to change my review because Empire Ford had asked them to because they have resolved the issue. If robbing your customer then laughing in their face and kidnapping their vehicle is resolved then sure. Also when they did a $200 test I didn't ask for they broke my ac or my digital thermostat. I'll have my heat on and then all of a sudden the ac will kick on and go to negative 25- negative 50 degrees. Hacks and liars, clear liars as they tried saying they fixed their lies. It's not just this one time either, every time I went their for 3 years it was absolute ridiculous. They just can't run a buisness, I said I would never go back but a recall forced me to. And when they did my free recall they did some bogus diagnostic test that cost over $200. Then stole my vehicle until I paid them for bogus service Noone asked for

My wife and I both own fords. It was time for me to upgrade my Truck to something newer and more reliable. The sales man McMahon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and wants. We bought a 2021 Ford Escape. We will be referring people to him as well as this dealership. They helped us out and got us into a much better car.

registration would come in the mail. When it did not show I called and was told to give it a few more days. It was just by chance I discovered that the car was never registered because they did not have me sign all of the paperwork. After I refused to drive the unregistered car back to Fall River I had to borrow a car to get there to sign the papers. Then I had to drive back down again to get the sticker. Each time I spoke to the dealership I was passed to a new person with new excuses before it finally got straightened out. 30 days out and the registration and title is not here yet although to state computer says that the car is registered. I am not looking forward to warranty issues. The finance guy almost killed the deal with his high pressure attempts to sell the extended warranty.
