I’m very pleased with my experience! I will be back!
of buying a car, since it was the first one we went to..We met Troy Miller, who was so kind and professional, and told him what we were looking for. He went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about him. We ended up buying a car and we're so pleased with the whole experience. I hope they appreciate him at the dealership as much as we appreciate him as a salesman. We would buy from Troy again!
issue. Bought my 6th vehicle from them and am so disappointed in how I was treated as a returning customer this is the first time I felt like just a sales number and not like a customer. Be sure to triple check the finance paperwork to ensure no creative shifting of numbers occurs as they will do what is in their best interest to get the deal funded and you are left being just another one of their numbers.
to my needs and request. Highly reccomend.

Nissan. I will definitely spread the word to my family and friends about my purchase and experience. Keep up the good work.
any pressure. They are also pleasant in doing so.

dealerships get a bad name. Price gouging followed by unprofessional and rude service. Brought my truck in for a sensor issue from a damaged side mirror that i replaced. They told me it would be $199 diagnostic charge to find out what the problem was, but that fee would be waived if they ended up servicing the vehicle. Wasn’t happy about it, but it is what it is. Turns out the sensor issue is because I installed the wrong mirror on the side of the truck and that a new one had to be put on there. my issue isn’t with that my issue was that they wanted to charge me $800 to replace the mirror. The mirror can be purchased for $210 from Nissan…. I brought this to their attention and said that roughly $600 labor charge for something that takes under 15 minutes to do is a little unreasonable. I’d like them to do the work, but I asked the advisor if they could speak to the manager about a possible discount and possibly meet somewhere in the middle on this. The manager was extremely rude and said it is what it is no discounts and kept walking. ( very professional…) At this point, I said I will just take the truck home. They informed me that I would have to pay for the diagnostic fee because I’m taking it. Okay, no problem. No I get the paperwork and the fee is $250. I ask what happened to the 199 fee. And they said that there is a $30 charge for shop supplies on every diagnostic charge. I explained that not only did I not agree with this, but it was also never disclosed and I was told 199. Again the rude manager said it was nonnegotiable and I need to pay it. In the end, I had to pay it or I wouldn’t get my truck back. And this is why people hate dealerships and no one trusts them. I guess being upfront and honest is not part of their business plan.

the experience one of a kind the industry needs more people like troy he helped my wife get a car that she is substantially comfortable with and great for her everyday needs i give troy my upmost respect in this field and will be back for my next purchase.
Troy Miller! He was really great, if you need to buy a car please go see him !!!
sales person Bacon we’ll be happy!!
— Jenn
Bacon kept his promise and made sure I did not leave the dealership until I got a brand new reliable car with feasible monthly payments. Would definitely recommend! Ask for Bacon!

in need a of a new car he’s the Guy you want!!!
have to say this was the best car buying experience yet. Darrell is very courteous and professional and good at what he does. You are very fortunate to have him representing your dealership. If I owned a dealership he is exactly the type of salesman I would want on my team. I am from out of town but if I ever need to purchase another vehicle again I would definitely drive the 3 hours to deal with Darrell and East Charlotte Nissan. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price…we had fun doing it…THANK YOU DARRELL!

Horrible experience. Dealership is a rip off

23rd. I had previously communicated with Alex Watson and Allend Omar before arrival and when I arrived, Brendan Bligen was there to assist with Alex following up. Kudos to Mike Kim in making the deal happen. Excellent team work, great customer service, thanks again Alex and all involved in my sale
I couldn’t be happier! Great experience

The staff was exceptional. It was worth the effort to travel to this dealership!

helpfulness of Mr Norman Craig, who went out of his way to ease the buying experience, even helping us transfer our possessions to the new car in the rain!
were just wonderfully super. There names are: Ollin Dunford the sales manager, John Avalo sales associate. Those that we met for just a brief period were also very nice as well. The atmosphere was that of comfortable, and no pressure at all. They real work at treating all customers as people if not family. If you cannot buy a car or a truck from these folks you really don't want one. I am not saying this to polish their buttons because we were able to purchase an SUV from them. I say this because I have been in the automotive service and repair side of it for 40yrs and could tell you stories that would make a goat vomit. I have seen plenty from the sale side to the repair side and East Charlotte Nissan is a genuine people person dealership that you can be comfortable with for your next purchase or repair. Now, I did not say that they were perfect, only that they are genuine in their work at making you feel wanted, comfortable, and not stealing from you!!!!!

free experience. When I walked into the dealership everyone was pleasant and I felt very comfortable. I had a fantastic salesman, Alex. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made car shopping hassle free! Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end.. Allend, Alex, Mike and Jesus were great! I would highly recommend East Charlotte Nissan to anyone looking to have a stress-free car buying experience!!
vehicle the team at independence Nissan is great
I am so happy that I came here. I left from Fort Mills to look at a car. It wasn’t what I was looking for. So me and my son was just going to browse around before we head home. We both put an address in for a dealership and we thought it was going to the same location but the closer we got in the area on Independence Blvd. We were almost to the address he put in the GPS. Then he changed his mind and said let’s go to the one you have which was a little further. When we got there we were greeted by Darrell Bacon! I told him our story and he said it was meant for you to be here! I laughed it off because I was just browsing and felt that the payments would have been higher than what I was looking for. Needless to say I walked away with the car I wanted in the price range I needed! Bacon is awesome and greatly appreciated. I got more than the car I wanted but I got top notch customer service. East Charlotte Nissan has an awesome team and if you need a car ask for Darrell Bacon. Levi the Assistant Manager was awesome as well. Thanks again for everything!!
Professional, friendly and took care of all our questions. Jason has excellent communication skills which made our buying process seem easy. Drove my used Rogue Platinum home same day. Jason made sure it was like a brand new car. This dealership of employees work as a team that enjoys the job they have. Great experience and the Rogue is great!
putting the customer's needs first. He helped me with my concerns before buying, and days and weeks after I bought the car. The concerns were all about me getting used to the new vehicle, not about the product itself. (2023 Leaf, so far so great, after downsizing from a totaled Tesla 3). Henry is amazing! But the dealership has linked them getting positive online reviews with their job retention criteria. If he doesn't get enough 5 star reviews, he can be punished. The Manager gave off smarmy and untrustworthy vibes, but all his numbers checked out, and I believe I got the best deal they were willing to give. Henry, you deserve better. Tell me where your talents take you, and I'll get my next car there.
Made the shopping expierence smooth and easy. Thank you Bacon!
Everybody loves Bacon!! He was so kind and professional. Got me in a brand new rogue and I love it! 😊

advertised on the “specials” tab on their website with a steep discount of more than 10%. We called to confirm it was still available and said we’d come when we got off work. We drove an hour to see the vehicle and fell in love with it. We wait again for over an hour because our salesperson was with another couple. He finally comes over with a breakdown. We anticipated normal add ons, taxes, title and dealer fees. We did not expect that they would add a bogus fee for “delivery and prep” which was almost to the dollar what that “special” discount showed on their website. When we asked what the fee was for they said they add it to cover their costs of receiving the vehicle and adding tint and trim before putting it on their lot. We told them that was ridiculous and those costs should already be included in the cost of the vehicle. They kept asking to rework it and come back and each time that fee was still there. After almost 5 hours in we were exhausted and burnt out. We finally said no and walked out. They stopped us in the parking lot giving us a final offer which still was about 2k too high but we had already wasted so much time and really did love the vehicle and we caved. I didn’t realize until later that on the receipt they did not add the fee as a separate line item but raised the selling price of the vehicle. Meaning it was all a ruse and they only posted it as “discounted” online to trick us. It was a sleazy tactic and dirty way to run a business. I would stay far away from them if I were you.
disappointing. How do you pay a diagnostic fee for a battery under warranty. It's a way for them to make money even for under warranty repairs. Take your business to Scott's Nissan on South Blvd., for reliable and honest workmanship and sales. As a disabled, military veteran, this location is a prime example of a USA business that you avoid; definitely not American preferred.
80's, and 90's, but this one is the worst i have visited so far. The sales manager doesn't realize that there are many ways to insult a potential customer, patronizing is one form of being rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend to visit this dealer to purchase any car, unless you want to be conned. The deceptive demeanor of the sales manager that spoke to me is unforgivable. Mike you should be ashamed of your unprofessional behavior.
It was touch and go but his perserverance paid off.

I’ll be back in 3 years for another trade in
trip to East Charlotte Nissan's Service Department was my first experience with Lee Martin. Lee was great to work with and very communicative! The Service team was able to isolate the acceleration issue with my Nissan Altima, get it corrected promptly and at a reasonable price for the needed repair.

purchased at East Charlottle Nissan. Your salesman Brain was very good on getting me my Nissan Rogue I wanted
Ended up paying $5K more than could have purchased elsewhere. Chalked it up to lesson learned. Didn't write a review or anything. BUT THEN - They reach out 4 months later to buy the vehicle, and put her in a 'newer' one. And offered $8K LESS than she paid them. That put me over the top. This place is unethical and predatory. Beware.

very helpful to get me in the car I wanted.
Moe. They treated me like family and fulfilled all my car needs. Will definitely recommend to others!
She was very knowledgeable about the car and couldn't wait to show me all the features. Even after the sale, I went back because I want to ship my car to my state. She was very helpful. All the salesman were very nice and have experience. definitely recommend her to my friends and family. LESS
Noland was informative and kept in contact with me during the process.
had a bad experience. Darrell is a pleasure to work with and always makes the purchase go smoothly
morning. I have an appointment at 8 am but the people who work here take care of costumer which comes after me and where I ask why they tell me I must to wait I don’t understand why if I make an appointment and all my day is going bad right now because this people don’t have a time to take care of my car. I waist my time and my money to come this service twice first to make an appointment and second to not not receive this appointment because I must to go after 10 minutes wait. Don’t recommend to visit this place.
Charlotte Nissan especially from Stormin Norman Craig who has been my salesman for 10 yrs. This is my 5th Nissan with Norm and he is honest and trustworthy and will always bring my business to him
accommodating to my schedule. The salesperson not only cleaned out my old car but he himself drove my new car to my house and parked it in my driveway.
I was didn't feel pressured to buy.
A real pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car and couldn't wait to show me all the features. Even after the sale, I went back because I couldn't figure something out. He hopped in for a ride, taught me how and also showed the the app with the tutorials. I would but another car from him in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
helpful. The dealership was very clean and a warm environment.
a Sentra with a nice deal!
