pickup your vehicle...awesome convenience with two kids at home. The Negative is about the actual service. My wife was not asked about tire rotation but the paperwork said she stated no rotation. They did not fill the washer fluid, but checked it off, the warning light was on in the vehicle that it was low. They said they checked the battery, the positive terminal was covered in buildup.and nothing was mentioned in the paperwork, but said it was good. Oil change with tire rotation is offered in our service plan...but not honored.

made a difference. My truck broke down on Friday afternoon, was towed in and confirmed to have a seized engine. Saturday morning I called Steve Gratton the Sales Manager and by 2 pm I was able to be approved for 2022 1 owner Ford Edge Titanium with Gap Insurance and a 5 year/60k Extended Warranty thanks to quick work by Theresa in the F & I Department. The Salesman Dan Nelson did a great job during the delivery process. A quick response in helping solve my serious transportation issue is greatly appreciated!

Took care of the little issues quickly and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Good follow up after the sale. Service Department was also accommodating and explained the deisel engine’s different intricacies and specifications in terms that were easily understood.

After a couple of test drives we chose a vehicle and they were in constant contact with us the entire time. Took the time to make sure I understood how to work everything. Even after the purchase they checked in to make sure we were still happy and got things taken care of when needed. In a world where things seem to have changed to having to beg someone to sell you a vehicle this was a refreshing change!

I was assured the vehicle would be cleaned well. It was not. It was still very dirty. It was a 2018 so I assumed there would be no rust. I had confirmed with the salesman that if there were any issues they would fix them before selling. Not the case. Very disappointed with the condition of this vehicle. I should not have accepted the vehicle as it was and I should not have puchased.
