.. My mother was able to complete the purchase of her 2025 Buick Encore GX from start to finish over the phone. Technically saavy, with no haggling and expedient in every phase of verifications with our lender agent. They were so expedient that our lender had our cashiers check ready for pickup and we traveled from Talladega to the lot in Rainbow City to receive the most impressive execution of the sales documents ever. I've conducted home loan closings in the past but never paperless the way they did. But aside of the impressive operations, Dan and each person who contributed to the process showed the warmest appreciation for our business. And we left there with that same warm and fuzzy feeling.

They had a red carpet beside the car when it was time for delivery, and they explained all of the features in detail, which is something I haven't experienced before.
