I'm not a huge fan of car salesman, but Kore was absolutely amazing. He didn't push me, or pressure me in anyway. Absolutely telling all my friends about this experience.

Great experience from beginning to end. They offered me a fair price and trade-in offer without any pressure. I had a hard time deciding but Austyn was very patient with me and helped me figure it out. He even came in on his day off to fit my husband's schedule. We discovered a small defect in the paint after the sale but they took care of it. Gave me a loaner (a nice one!) while mine was at the body shop. The dealership went above and beyond to meet our needs and earn our business. We are very happy to have found this Buick dealership and plan to return for future purchases.

After meeting McKenna and taking a test drive, I knew this was the right vehicle for me. Since much of the paperwork had been prepared ahead of time, the purchasing process went very smoothly and quickly. I was very comfortable with McKenna and also with Jan, in the finance department. Overall, it was a stress free experience.

in the morning and my appointment was at 8:30 AM. So I went over to Walmart and sat in the car and worked on some paperwork and in the meanwhile, my mother had called me she and I can both talk! When I got off the phone with her, I looked down at the time and it was 8:47 AM. I completely freaked out and called the service department and an incredibly nice man name Sam answered. I told him what happened and he said no problem come right over. I was less than five minutes away. And they answered a lot of questions that I had as far as oil, the computer system on the car, telling you what percentage of oil or percentage you have left before you get an oil change? He and another guy which I can’t remember his name but he’s always there, I’ve never seen Sam before, but they were so incredibly patient with me as I have severe anxiety, and it causes me too talk fast sometimes I have to ask the same question but in a different way because what I’m saying or asking does not come across clearly. So I would love to give a shout out to Sam, the other guy(I am so sorry that I cannot remember his name), the new gal, working at the cashier office, the gal who might be your first contact when you walked into the dealership and Ashley for selling us our Buick Verano. We have had little to no problems with it. He also assisted me while I was waiting on my oil change around the lot searching for SUVs II may be interested in the future. Everyone there that I dealt with that day were extremely sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and my oil change was done under 30 minutes. They also gave me an invoice with parts and labor estimates as we will soon be needing to change our brakes and replace the cabin filter. To the new cashier gal thank you for holding onto my stuff and for the conversation. To the gal working at the front of the dealership. Thank you for holding my purse since I meant to leave it with the cashier along with my other belongings, 🙄 so I could go browse the lot. AAA+ rating from me and whenever anyone is looking for a vehicle I do recommend your dealership. Thank you all so much!

As I was driving down San Marnan Dr. to go home, I drove through Community Buick GMC, Inc. They had the same model truck that I was looking to purchase. The sales team (McKenna Meinecke), finance team (Mrs. Jackson), and service department worked with me on the purchase of a used vehicle. This is the best experience I’ve had with buying a used vehicle. McKenna Meinecke is a genuine person and I highly recommend going to Community Buick GMC, Inc. if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. If Community Buick GMC has a salesperson of the year, I nominate McKenna Meinecke. I have only good things to say about Jan Jackson, McKenna Meinecke, and Community Buick GMC's service department.

She was upfront about the price, and when I came in, there were no surprises, and I was in and out in an extremely short period of time. representative. We can’t say enough great things about here knowledge and service! The dealership was a completely different story. The offered $3500 dollars “sight unseen” for our trade and when we arrived they claimed the exhaust gasket leak was reason to conclude the truck would need a new engine and offered $500. We believe this might just be a regular ploy to corner a customer into a position where they have no leverage. The second issue was when we went to sign the paperwork and a $1500 Xzilon up charge on the purchase agreement that they claimed had already been installed on the vehicle even though it had never been mentioned even once during our correspondence about the vehicle. First it was the hard sell from the finance lady that had no clue what she was talking about, then a threat that they would simply sell the vehicle to another buyer as if we had no value to their business. Next another manager from the dealership who we had never met came in and acted like this was normal and we should be happy to be paying what we are for the $105k vehicle and this small up charge. Reluctantly they agreed to wave the fee when we said the deal would be off. The finance lady then wrote “Not Applied” or “Not Done” on the xzilon paperwork indicating to us it had never even been applied to the vehicle. We believe there may be a systematic fleecing of customers at this dealership. This is our first GM truck purchased in the past twenty years. We do have a Buick car that we love and have had other GM vehicles before that. We currently have an F150, Ford Excursion and 2017 Land Rover Discovery that will need to be replaced eventually. We love the vehicle (2023 Yukon XL Ultimate) but dread having to go through this kind of experience when buying our next vehicle. We also were disappointed not to get any value out of our Supplier/GM employee pricing on the vehicle. We are happy to tell you more about our experience. Again, McKenna is the best!
