purchasing and servicing my VW. Just finished working with Kenny at CV VW and he demonstrated all the skills one should expect for excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable, professional, pleasant & extremely helpful. This was my first purchase of an electric vehicle and he fully explained the ins/outs and directed me to external resources to ensure I had a home charging system. I have never spent this kind of money on a VW, but the experience was well worth the investment. Kenny is clearly an asset to CV VW.

Called back for the operator and was was asked for an extension and then since I didn’t have any they hung up, same thing happened while I called back again to check the business hours. Called the parts department and someone answered and he transferred me to the service department and someone picked up. Service techs and advisors do a great job, but the people who answer the phones and those who set up the answering system need some help.

4 last weekend and we are thrilled with our purchase! Kelii sold us the car and he is fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and overall very good at his job! He has gone above and beyond to be helpful in our first few days of ownership with answering lots of questions about electric cars and making sure the car got properly detailed. Overall our experience with this dealership has been excellent. Chris in financing is also very easy to work with and professional.

Brought my car to the diagnosis of one, and they did something completely different. But, on top of that, something was stolen from the car. I emailed the dealer but never received a response.

industry. With very little new vehicle inventory across the board for all new car auto dealerships, I ended back at Central Valley Volkswagen Hyundai after kicking a few tires in bare car lots. That's where I met Angelo Willis, the Sales and Leasing Consultant. Originally, I was looking for a new Hyundai Palisade with a couple of desires. Quickly, I learned about the reality of the auto industry dilemma versus my current situational needs. Angelo Willis was honest and straightforward with me. He was not pushy and always conducted himself in a professional manner. He listened to me and understood what I was looking for. He gave me several options for a couple of Hyundai Palisades and what is available at the time, as well as what would be shipped in the future. Angelo Willis introduced me to a comparable suggestion, a Volkswagen Atlas. At first, I was not interested in sight unseen. But, curiosity got to me to take a look. Once, Mr. Willis walked me to the few VW Atlas choices he had available I was intrigued. The product was nice and very comparable to the Palisade and a Kia Telluride. We sat down and began the very preliminary business discussion. It started to get late in the evening and I needed to break away to talk it over with my wife who was at home. The next morning I returned. They looked over my vehicle as a possible trade-in. As I was hemming and hawing for a while, Mr. Willis and his sales manager were patient with me and my teenage son who was with me throughout. I finally made my decision about what car to go for. We began with the factors of the hard number crunch. We came to a fair agreement without issues. We wrapped up shortly thereafter. All in all, I am pleased. I am grateful for the street tacos they got for me and my son while we waited for the delivery. Thank you to Angelo Willis, his sales manager, and the rest of the Central Valley Volkswagen Hyundai team who were involved.

less than 6,000 miles on it. The check engine light kept coming on for low evap system leak. I brought the car in for what I thought would be a warranty repair. The service department already knew the car had damage from when the previous buyer brought the car in. The service department explained the evap canister was cracked in half and it was from an impact. The other already knew about the damage and failed to disclose it. I decided at that point to take the car back to the small used car dealer and buy a car here. Cris and Cezar took care of me from start to finish on selecting the car and getting the deal done. Everyone I met and interacted with have been top notch and treated me like I was family. I feel like the people here have gone out of there way to make sure I am happy with my purchase and will be there for me in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Central Valley Volkswagen.

Took my car in for service today. They called and said I needed two tires and by law couldn't rotate them because of it. They told me my tires were down to 1/32 of tread. I just had them measured at a different tire store and they stated they were at 4/32 which I agreed is near replacement. After I asked for the law to be shown to me about not rotating the tires and proof that tires were down to 1/32 they called back and rotated them. The price they quoted me was more than 25% more than another tire store. I am really upset about what I noticed next. When I got home I noticed several chips where they leaned over my fender to replace the fuel filter and conduct the service. I am not happy nor do I feel this place does business honestly. I will be writing them to repair the chips in the fender but you can't fix dishonesty. I would not take my vehicle there for any reason. The people seem nice enough but the business model appears to lack transparency. In the middle of a crisis trying to scare people by giving them false information and then damaging the car to boot, they won't be in business long if people share their stories. I hope they do.

I originally went to this dealer to get 2 new keys made for our Hyundai. The gentleman who helped me with that and the cashier were very nice and that set the tone for my initial experience. I then met Oliver and he was so patient and kind. I told him we were in the market for a car, but I had to wait for my husband to test drive them too. He didn't brush me off or develop an attitude because I wasn't making a purchase that day. I got a few follow up texts, but nothing annoying. I was set on buying our new car here. Well, 2 weeks later when my husband was back in town we drove the extra 30 minutes vs. Stockton to buy a car here.

I went in to get an oil change. Service personnel were so helpful and kind. During my wait was shown vehicles and ended up eventually trading in my car for something brand new despite having less than perfect credit. Thats what I call quality service. Thank you!

My Jetta was towed in with a mysterious battery-draining condition. It would kill the battery completely--overnight! Jon and Sam and the other technicians were quite thorough in getting the battery charged and checking for every possible culprit and ensuring over three days that the battery was holding a charge so I would not be stranded who knows where!. I appreciated a reasonable price, too. Thanks all around!

Our Central Valley Automotive journey began when my wife and I made an appointment to look at a couple of Passats. Stephen Garcia was our salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He displayed a lot of patience and was never pushy. He and his sales manager Kenny were very courteous and professional with their followup during the week after the appointment and made us an offer we couldn't refuse on the Passat R-line we wanted. On the night we went to close the deal, he came in on his day off although his girlfriend was visiting from out of town. Talk about being dedicated to your customers! The finance guy AJ was also very pleasant and professional. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car! If you're in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend this awesome sales staff at Central Valley Automotive. My 2004 VW convertible bug got rear ended and totaled so we were suddenly in the market for a new car. A call to Central Valley VW and Greg Hayes got us into a new one asap ! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! To be perfectly honest, spending any time on a car lot with a car salesman is at the very top of my list of unpleasant-but-sometimes-necessary activities. Truly, it's above getting a root canal. But Stephen Garcia made the experience more than just bearable--it was actually pleasant. For me, that's saying a lot; I'm known to grab my keys and walk out because I get so pissed off. Didn't happen this time, and that's a first!

Been going to the service Dept for 8 years and Cooper is and always be my go to guy. He's honest, take care of us and makes sure that our cars have been 110 percent before I drive out of the service dept. I purchased my car from Stockton VW as the sales staff at this dealership would not deal on a 2014 CC. I have had some issues with the car and WOULD HIGHLY recommend the Central Valley Service department. They are very professional. I personally use Richard Cooper. He is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. My experience with this service staff has been outstanding!

We walked into the VW dealer to look at a specific TDI vehicle. Reuben was the salesperson who assisted us; he took us on a ride in the vehicle we were looking at, answered all of our questions, demonstrated all of the positives of the vehicle, and we asked for a price estimate. However, when we walked into the show room, we saw a VW Beetle convertible TDI sitting on the sales floor. Oh, my goodness. It stole my heart from the very first look. My husband was blown away, as he secretly really wanted a VW convertible Beetle. We went for a ride, hardly giving Reuben time to tell us about the ins and outs of the car. He was not pushy, not a sales shark, did not try to steer us to any specific car. We negotiated quietly, no putting us down, with him listening to our wants and needs. We walked out with the VW Beetle convertible TDI to drive home. We love it. We do not deal well with pushy salesmen, and Reuben was definitely not like that. He was a gentleman and this was the best car buying experience we have ever had in our 50 years of buying cars. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a VW.
