went smooth, but during and after purchase has been a nightmare. Steve was good to work with before I got the car, only reason this isn't a one star review. The sales manager Jesse Huber is extremely rude and unprofessional, the exact embodiment of a slimy car salesman that you can't trust. When I came to trade in my other vehicle he didn't greet me at all, came to do a look around on my trade in and then disappeared. I had to find him later myself to get final numbers on the car and he was hiding in his office. He spoke to me with such disrespect that I have never experienced at any car dealer in my life, almost as if I was a complete nuisance and not how a customer should be treated. I was promised the original floor mats for the vehicle and that he would order it, and two months later and I still don't have the mats. Additionally, its been two months since the car was purchased and they still have not completed my registration. I got a call from the finance manager 3 days before my temp tags expired saying they were missing the back of my license to complete registration. Why wasn't all information to process my registration collected day of purchase? Why was my registration process only just started 42 days after purchase? After providing the information immediately and asking for an update, I never got a call back. A week passed, my temp tags expired, and I called to get a new one. The finance office went to voicemail, and I was unfortunately transferred to Jesse, who told me he would check on the registration status and call me back by the end of the day(which he never did). I called back the next day myself to get an update and he hung up immediately. Now I can't drive the car I purchased months ago, and am completely in the dark on why they haven't completed the registration process that they were paid and obligated to do in a timely manner. Maybe you get lucky and don't have to deal with Jesse, but I would recommend just going somewhere else if you want good service and a good car buying experience both during and after your purchase. With these guys, once they have your money they couldn't care less about you.

The sales process was honest and easy. The sales rep, Mason was kind and easy to work with. What really made my experience above and beyond was how well they took care of us post purchase. After taking delivery of the vehicle there was some unforseen maintenance needed. Mason and Scott covered towing plus parts and labor and the car runs good as new. Absolute stellar above and beyond service. I will definitely be coming back for my next car. I recommend you do do too. They'll take care of you.

2020 Escalade and the brakes are worn down to the metal. The management at Central Cadillac are not willing to fix the vehicle unless I pay a partial amount towards the repair. Do not trust this dealership when they so call do the 172 point inspection that's required for a CPO vehicle. It's a shame but please check behind them before you sign off on the inspection sheet. My ambient lighting was not working, battery was bad(it had a AAA battery in it that they actually accused me of putting in my new to me vehicle that had bumper to bumper at the time.) Tire had and still has a small chunk out of the sidewall. Transmission pump was whining. Scratches all over the Escalade. Rear shocks / suspension squeaking. Yet all of these things were checked off on the inspection sheet. Now the brakes are metal to metal. Scott Bibb's answer "The brakes were not new when you bought the vehicle! It's not a new vehicle!". Well Scott it's a $60k vehicle that the owner shouldn't have to do any repairs within the first months of ownership. I've been warned after the fact about this stealership. So I will warn anyone reading this review, if you're looking for a dealership that stands behind their products after the sale do not choose Central Cadillac! You have been officially warned!
