purchasing a 2025 Equinox EV. Our search was greatly assisted by salesman Angel Palma. We wanted a very specific set of features so finding inventory was a challenge. the GM website "Build" process was very efficient to explore and choose exactly what vehicle we wanted. The Inventory section showed available vehicles but exact match and very similar. We we able to locate an exact match at a dealer 120 miles away and bought it. At the end of the day, Angel personally drove to that dealer to pick up the car and we were able to pick it up from our local dealer Carr Chevrolet in a day. Very efficient and friendly experience and Angel was a large part of that process.

Chevrolet that you might think it would lose it s impact. Perhaps it might be over shadowed by your recollection of how comfortable the waiting areas are and how exceptional the hospitality available there is, compared to any other dealership I've ever experienced. There is some risk of that. But I have a twenty year old Silverado 2500 HD Duramax Truck that operates like it is brand new, because Carr service keeps it that way. That never gets boring.

Subaru CARR could take some advice and guidance from the Chevy CARR staff- they are phenomenal. This is my third time buying a car from CARR. My last car was from Subaru CARR and I had the worst experience with rude staff, that I went to Chevy CARR and asked them to let me purchase the Subaru I wanted from them instead. This time around, my salesman was George K and he was awesome! Great personality and he made car shopping easy. Dave S was also really funny, made paperwork more enjoyable. Will definitely return to CARR Chevy for future vehicles.

We brought our truck in for a repair and didn't get it back for over 2 months... We moved 2 weeks after we dropped it off and needed our truck desperately, which they were aware of. We were given a loaner, but were told not to put any scratches on it at all, or we would be charged. We obviously couldn't use that to move. During this 2 months, we were given new "ready-by" dates over and over again (when we could actually get someone to call us back). Every week, that date would come and go, no one would call us. We would call and leave a message with someone and would be told that Irving (or service contact) would call us the same day or next morning, but he wouldn't. We would call again, then would finally be told a new reason the truck wasn't ready and would get a new ready-by date and the cycle would happen over again. Irving constantly said he would call us with updates, but never would. This went on for almost the full 2 months... Until about 2 weeks prior to getting the truck back, which is when I lost my cool. I think we were given 6 different dates the truck would be ready and probably 8 reasons that it wasn't ready by those dates. The lack of communication and the obvious lies were what really ticked us off. If they can't get it done on time, then fine. We wouldn't have been thrilled, but we just wanted communication and the truth. We were also told by Irving that because they had the truck for so long, they would "make it right". It was not made right. In fact, after all of that, the truck was making a new sound the very same day we got it back. It seems this is something they did, as it never made the noise prior to them having it for those 2+ months. And since they had to completely drop the engine and take everything apart, it seems reasonable to assume something got put back together poorly or wasn't tightened fully, which is causing a whistle sound. We told them about it and scheduled an appointment to bring it back in, but when we showed up to drop it off, they were going to charge us another $199.00 (on top of what we already paid them) just to locate the problem that they caused. We decided to cancel the appointment and will seek another service center. Our purchase experience wasn't great either. We should have learned our lesson then. I can't stress enough how much we despise this place.

!!!! I have a sonic car, it’s not that old, What I’ve paid is starting to become triple the cars worth since getting it. This thing was supposed to be new, but it’s constantly needing repair, and not simple repairs. I’m starting to believe Chevrolet has no idea how to build a car. If you plan to buy, look at the price, triple that, that is about half of what you’ll end up paying. Here’s a story that just happened and is typical of this car. I had a check engine light, scan showed a simple air flow issue. Brought it in. Should be about $100. Cool. They need it for some hours. fine. Got a call later, SURPRISE! It’s driving fine, but there’s something else here…it’s going to be $800 dollars. I was upset but was toiled the world had to be done. They kept the car for the day. Next day, no I can’t pick up my car today because GOTCHA! It’s actually going to be $1700. I was pissed about this, and later I was told that this car, this junk, this thing put together by people who apparently looked at a picture of a car and decided they knew how to build one, I was told it had more issues. Here’s the kicker, those others issues, I was assured, would not cost much more. So on day three I finally get my lemon. An how much more did the additional fix cost? The one I was told would not be much more? $1750? No. $1800? No, that would be sensible. The total came to $2667.16!! This car is garbage and Chevrolet, What the xxxx are you doing with these cars? Do you test them before they go out? Do you know hoe to put a car together? Do you know what a car is? Chevrolet, what’s 2+2? Again, DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET CAR!!! I did, and now I feel like I’m trapped with this rolling trash. It may seem like it’s driving fine, but that check engine light could mean a simple adjustment, or your full monthly paycheck please. This thing is a never ending nightmare and the only good I can get out of it is helping someone avoid the mistake of gettin one of these fall apart cars. Also, here’s a fun note. That price (again, $2667.16) that’s with a warranty. So remember that. These things are useless. So why 2 stars? At least the staff were friendly, even if the cars they work on are completely worthless.

AGAIN! We found a crack on the trunk of my 2023 Toyota Prius, of course after we already signed the paperwork and had the car for less than a month. We asked CARR Chevrolet how they were going to remedy this and the response we got was, the crack wasn't there before we purchased the car and we sold it to you 'as is'. For a well-known dealership group I expect more. I would expect that they would want to made it right. That's just what you do for your customers who spend $40-70k at your company. What is $420 to a large dealership group? And, that's why I will never purchase another vehicle from a CARR dealership again!

car from these people super shady I bought a car from them to try and avoid shady dealerships but definitely not the case I got a used vehicle with just over 100k miles a check engine light came on 15 minutes after I left didn’t think anything of it got back to Washington and the turbos were blow I asked for a refund or for them to fix it they informed me they would not do either and told me it was my fault for buying a vehicle with 100k miles didn’t know selling damage vehicles was ok 😂 this will probably be removed soon do yourself a favor and check the yelp reviews they can’t remove those xxxxxxxx do not get ripped off

We found this truck on their website called and talked to Leo. set up an appointment. When we pulled in the truck was at the door and so was Leo. we went straight to test drive. We called insurance which took a few and Leo was so patient and understanding we wanted to cover our basis prior to signing. Paper work was signed and out the door we went. Leo Lopez was so friendly, and patient. I would definitely purchase again through Mr Lopez and recommend Carr chevrolet.

noise. They ended up replacing the rear leaf springs under warrantee. There was an issue and the tech ordered the wrong springs but they admitted and communicated this to me immediately. They overnighted parts from reno and was able to get the tech assigned to my truck to come in on his day off to complete the job. This is real dedication and is very appreciated. Clear and fast communication from Irvin was very appreciated. When the repair was completed I noticed my steering wheel was turned right 10 degrees or so while going straight. Irvin was able to get a tech to align the truck the next morning (Free). I am unsure how it got misaligned but it didn't have this issue when I dropped it off. Irvin didn't question the issue and showed a great deal of trust in me telling him about the situation.

!!!!!!! Lying sales men and women. I bought a used truck and paid cash. They did not show me anything on the truck NO SERVICE RECORDS,NO SAFETY INSPECTION, or what they did to the truck if ANYTHING. They didn’t even change the oil because it wasn’t due from the previous owner for another 3000 miles. Priced like it was in great shape so it SHOWED UP AS A GOOD DEAL But when I got there and the key less entry did not work !!!! I had to use the key to unlock and lock the truck. So I REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE FOB MY SELF !!!!! and it had scratches and two tires in need of replacement. No floor mats. No keys to the nice truck box they pictured it with. VERY HORRIBLE VEHICLE PREPARATION TO GET IT READY TO SELL TO A CUSTOMER TO BEGIN WITH. I was unable to pick the truck up for two days due to me having to find a ride to pick it up. I lived 2.5 hours from the dealership. I got there to pick up the truck and it was not even cleaned from the test drives She said it was my fault because I didn’t call that day and tell her I was on my way to pick it up. I CALLED HER THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY BEFORE THAT SO THATS 2 DAYS NOTICE AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED AND THE TRUCK WAS PAID FOR AND SITTING THERE FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE I COULD PICK IT UP. MORE LYING !!! and they could not even put any gas it. They left the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. And After signing papers they called the sales person over the paging system to congratulate them on the sale and walked me right out the door !! I know it’s because they got what they wanted. Did not even ask me if there was anything I needed before getting on the road for 2.5 hrs home. CARR DEALERSHIP AND ITS EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS ONLY THE BOTTOM DOLLAR. recommend Carr Chevrolet to anyone I know. Sarah Moss my sales rep LIED to me multiple I can prove through text message's I saved, who treats a customer like that?!?! How disrespectful. The service department and 35 year GM master tech that regeared my new Colorado is suspect at best. They did the gear job twice and shipped it out the door with the gears improperly installed. When I questioned the whining gear noise, Sarah gave me the lame excuse "those gears alter the truck to much there's going to be some whining" I have that text message to prove it too. I would have ruined both axles in my brand new truck if I would have believed Sarah and kept driving my truck that way. I took the truck back, 4 1/2 months later they redid the gears for a 3rd time with the correct installation parts and the gears sound great. But low and behold, by the time I drove the 44 miles to my house the rear pinion seal is leaking. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I waited 6 1/2 months for my new truck. If I treated customer's like this at work I would be fired, no if's ands or butt about it.

I called to make an appointment to take my car in for an oil change only to be told that I didn’t need an appointment..i asked what time service opens and was told 8am and if i got there early i should be in and out no problem…I arrived at 755 and pulled in at 8am only to be told that they were a couple of hours out on appointment vehicles. I’m not waiting that long for an oil change and since i came from Vancouver it’s not like i could just run it back over later. I requested a call back from their service manager to express my concerns but of course never heard back.

She is a disrespectful rude individual that treated us very disrespectfully I get everybody has bad days but at this point this is over the top I am a mom of three and two under two they were supposed to loan me a vehicle which I get they only had a Subaru Impreza at the moment I just voiced my opinion and said “there is no way my two car seats and my 11 year old are going to fit in the car and if we do we will be very tight” she said well if you want something more luxurious we can rent you something from enterprise and YOU can pay the difference IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LUXURIOUS I proceeded to tell her it’s not the luxury we are seeking we are looking for something comfortable for our kids given the fact that my vehicle will be up there for 4 to 5 days and she left didn’t say anything after that we get all our belongings out and tried to fit everything into the Subaru and we leave a bit of trash behind “obvious trash” and she sais well you need to get that out if not they will charge you more because they are very picky i said I don’t need the trash they can dispose of it since they’re going to clean the car anyways and she proceeded to go and get a dumpster and put it right in my face and said there’s the trash so you can throw it out after that I asked her for the keys so we can move the vehicle up so we can get the car seats in she denied me access to the keys do to the fact that we have not signed paperwork all I was trying to do was get my car seats set and very disrespectful she denied it!!! We also got promised by the salesman a buff and cut due to the fact that the vehicle got scratched from them washing it that day and she specifically wanted to know what scratches and where they were at . I told her the whole vehicle all around needed to get buff and cut because it was so damaged from them scratching at the time of them washing and drying it and she just stared at me blankly not doing anything about it it seems like nobody really cares that we got treated very disrespectfully from this individual this is the first time we came to this dealership and I have to admit I regret it immensely due to the fact how disrespectfully we got treated from the service staff!!!
