anything they tell you! They will say and do just about anything to get you to buy and then after the sale that’s when things really go downhill. What happened? I bought a new 2024 Ford Maverick nice little pickup truck no issues with the truck but the dealership the salesman, the sales manager and the GM all love to play games.. They are holding the second key fob that I paid for as part of the price of the vehicle hostage and they will not release that key fob to me. I have contacted them numerous times via email went there today in person and they still would not release that key fob. At first, they said it’s lost. We don’t know where it’s at. That was the day I picked up the vehicle that was a lie. They had it the whole time then this morning they sent me an email saying we found it. It’s right here come on and get it.. So I drove in expecting them to give me my key fob and they held it hostage. They will not release it to me.. My advice to anyone and everyone if you wanna buy a Ford any vehicle do not do business with this dealership. They are completely unethical.. I will be seeking legal remedies to deal with this dealership and there crazy way of doing business. You have been warned.

He worked with me to find a specific car I wanted and I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. I got the car I wanted and was offered a fair price for my trade in.

least 5 months. Chris Sheets was very professional and sold me a great car at a great price with no pressure. He reported that he does not work on commission. When I left the dealership with the car it was dark, cold, and raining. Visibility was already low and the defroster stopped working within about 30 minutes. I had to pull over and started thinking that I should have purchased the extended warranty. There was no owner's manual in the car, so I called Chris and he quickly sent me a short video showing me how to operate the heater, and called to make sure that I got it working. * I had inadvertently turned on the AC, which I did not know since I was not familiar with the vehicle. He really saved the day for me! In addition, he is sending me a replacement manual. I could not be more pleased with the value of the car and with everyone at Bosak Ford!

She was awesome, listened to what we wanted and got our payment where we needed it to be without pressuring us. Brian was great with explaining the warranties and finishing up our paperwork. That was our 4th stop looking at cars and by far it was the best and smoothest, not even 24 hours later and I’ve told 2 other families looking for cars to see them at Bosak!

remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 weeks and still have not been contacted by the dealership to bring it in for repairs. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office.

I spent most of my time with Bill, the salesman who was a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with purchasing a car from him. Everything was great until finance came into play. I then dealt with Socrates, the financial manager. When going through my finances, he told me one APR which I thought was high but I ultimately agreed to. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he snuck in another even higher rate on my paperwork without fully disclosing it to me. He also stated that this was the best rate he could get me even with my father cosigning, who has an excellent credit score. He stated that my credit score (which is average) didn't allow for his to really matter that much. This all took place after being at the dealership for 3 hours so I wasn't as vigilant in my review of finances with him. Overall I am very happy with the car that I got as well as my interaction with the salesman, but feel like I was given the run around when it came down to finances.

I have been going to the service center at Lakeshore Ford in Indiana for about four years now. I have always had a decent experience. My old Ford continues to be very reliable. I especially appreciate the clean waiting room with all amenities, including the ability to mute the giant tv. A lot of us have to take time away from work to get our cars fixed, so the ability to work without a radio or tv blasting at us (the ability to mute it) is very much appreciated. Thank you!

she purchased and has been in their shop and 3 other shops for 3 months they are making payments on a car they can't drive the poorest service I've ever seen.and she needs the car to get her autistic son backand forth to his special school

This happens intermittently over the last two/three weeks. Two days prior to my appointment it did not occur. The mechanic could not find any errors in the computer after testing the wipers at each of their settings. Lake Shore Ford did not charge me for the visit and the mechanics time because no errors were found which was outstanding.

The dealership salespeople are very informative and the service center personnel are very friendly and professional! I always get the best service from the service people.

I was driving from Chicago to Union Pier when my engine light turned on. Because the car was making an odd sound I pulled off and into the dealership. Ken Snyder was super helpful and diagnosed the car for free establishing it was safe to drive but I would have to bring it in for a check-up when I returned home. Thanks Ken! Oh, my dog Rosie says thanks too because she got treats while we were there. Woof!

Nicole was excellent. She worked with us to identify the options we wanted on our F-150 and was able to locate a vehicle with those options. Nicole kept us informed of the progress obtaining the vehicle. We upgraded to the Katzkin leather seats, and they are great. Another plus was speaking directly to the gentleman who valued our trade vehicle.

This is my 2nd new vehicle buying from Lakeshore (2019 F150) . We agreed on a number worked out on paper. I Trusted Lakeshore Ford not to change numbers in financing. That was a mistake, found out when I got home they added $750. over total price I agreed on. There response to extra charge was they saved me $1900. How did they save me $1900 ? After picking up vehicle driving home sun came out noticed windows were all streaked and person who was trying to clean them must of had a few large rings on as top of dash is all scratched up with deep scratches. dash is also warped on passenger's side. So turn on wipers and hit the washers,nothing. Check washer reservoir it's empty .Told me I did not qualify for Ford credit (I applied for credit at Ford Credit and was approved before I bought vehicle.).

Ken was the manager that day and he took the time to explain everything to me and offered a courtesy ride home while the work was being completed. He made me feel like family, which is why my family and I have purchased 13 vehicles from Lake Shore.

Wow I am just amazed by the service of this dealership! As I walked in I was greeted by nothing short of teeth showing smiles!!! I was seated and was served coffee in a fancy mug as well as a stack of cookies. Trading in my 2010 ford with overheating engine was a problem I thought was gonna come true but nope, I was very wrong!!! It was a breeze and they gave me the highest price around. I’m so grateful for the work they put in to help me! My salesman /server/ new friend was with me every step of the way. I wanted to make other options but he put aside his will to make self financial gains and talked to me as a person rather than a customer. The car that I ended up buying needed work before I was able to drive it the services department almost two weeks before it was ready to go which I though was a little slow. But Mike was great at keeping me up to date with what was going on with the car. I would recommend they were low pressure and extremely helpful.
