!!! BILLY HICKS & SAM MAIOCCO WERE FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH..... SUPER GREAT GUYS. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! IF YOUR INTERESTED IN A VEHICLE YOU GOTTA SEE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
They lied to me about car records and caused me to repeat diagnostics else where at my cost.

the lot. I called to verify and schedule a test drive and was told that the vehicle had been sold. Why advertise a vehicle that had already been sold.

So I’m looking to buy a Ford Mustang, I start searching Ford website and it looks like Bob Davidson has the car I’m looking for, so I contact the Dealership for an internet price and to see if the car is still available, because it’s an hour away. The sale manger Brittany Buchanan, came back with a price that was 12,000. Higher then the window sticker, was stated the the dealership had a 12,000. Mark up on the car. There advertising says they treat customers like family, are you serious that’s how you treat your family, I would never purchase anything from that dealership. purchase. Two reasons why: I called first and ask for a quote on a Ford Ranger 2021. It was 26k. When I am on the lot--they said it is now 29k because of Covid and supply change. I walked off because I smell B.S. Then 20 mins later when I'm off the lot, they call and agree to 26k. Then they pulled my credit, and I got a 0.9% rate for 48 months payment with 3k down. Then several weeks later, I got a letter from Ford Motor Credit Company stating that they have to add-on additional 545.00 charges for "maintenance plan" that I explicitly said I DO NOT want at the time of signing. Once they have sold you the car, they could car less about customer service. I tried calling and emailing and have not heard back of the mistake. I will have to This dealership have sleeze energy all over it. Avoid at all cost.
purchased a 2015 focus from here back in November and I decided to take it here for an oil change. The service department was very friendly and stood by their product. When I left I immediately called my brother-in-law and shared the positive experience. I will definitely be back. Thank You
efficient and timely. Thanks to service rep Eric Eberhardt, for his guidance and advice.

poor service I received the last 2 times I was here. The 1st of the 2 someone stole the money out of car .I called and I was told to stop by they will replace it. 10 $ really . The 2nd time was just way to long for an oil change.so after a year I decided to give it another shot. Due to covid the quick lane office is not open so I called to to figure out where to go as I was outside and there is no signs or ppl to help. The young lady instructed me to drive up to the door where there was a rubber hose, I said to her there is a suv coming out of the door and she said yes thats it. Once inside the service lady was on my back abkut coming in the door the wrong way and was not trying to here what I was saying. She has a very rude attitude at this point and tells me it will take 90 min for a simple oil change. So I can't schedule an oil change anymore and when show up it takes 90 mins, what quick about that. I can have my truck service with a tire rotation and all in abkut 30 min so why does it takes so much time for my car.this place has gone down since my first experience and it will be my last time here.

Great Experience! Asked for an OTD price on a Wednesday, they responded in 5 minutes with an email and phone call. Brittany (internet Contact) quickly gave me a written number! Too many dealers change those numbers or include every rebate even though no one could ever qualify for all. We purchased the next day. The salesperson gave a great test drive, did not push extras (but did suggest). Finance team was amazing, they understood the buyer and we moved through the purchase process quickly. I highly Recommend this dealer to anyone. If you are sincere about a car, they are great at giving you a very fair deal. It was well worth the drive!

Terrible Sales . Beware , if i could rate a zero , i would ,They do not honor their online pricing . Bait and switch for sure . Stay away

This was my second time doing business with Bob Davidson Ford. I purchased a 2014 Mustang from them on a late December night in 2013 and still recalled an excellent customer service experience, so after shopping around and getting competitive quotes on a new 2019 Mustang, I walked in to see what sort of deal we could strike. I was not disappointed, Bob Compton gave me exceptional service. I was a little picky, not settling for anything less than a color and standard transmission. They didn't have a single one that fit my needs on the lot, but that wasn't an issue. Bob pulled a variety of vehicles that met my specifications from all over the region, presenting each window sticker to me and letting me decide at my leisure. I never felt pressure at ALL, that's key, and one of the main reasons I recommend this dealership. After deciding upon the Mustang I wanted, we began negotiations on price. I'm not a stickler, but I do enjoy negotiating and getting a good deal. Neil Gillies, the sales manager was a pleasure to negotiate with. I went to prior dealerships earlier, and while I won't name them specifically, the sales managers up until then were dismissive and unwilling to negotiate a price with me. I could tell Neil and Bob sincerely wanted to earn my business, and we were able to agree on a price undercutting the competitors by a fair margin, all while ordering me EXACTLY what I wanted. After we agreed on a fair price for the car, I dealt with Kate Higgins in the finance office. She was very pleasant to deal with, and shopped around for competitive APRs for me. I signed all of the paperwork and left excited to get my new Mustang in a few days! Upon returning home, I reviewed my contract, and noticed a package I didn't remember agreeing to, nor had use for. I called the following Monday and left Kate a voicemail with my concerns. She promptly returned my phone call and apologized for the mistake, vowing to remove them, which she did upon my return for delivery. THAT is what I call customer service. This is my second Mustang from Bob Davidson Ford. I'd still be driving the first one if someone paid more attention to the road than their phone and didn't crash into me. The LAST thing I wanted after a near death experience, as well as losing my prized possession, was a stressful experience with a dealership. THAT is why I went to Bob Davidson, their customer service is exceptional, their prices are competitive, and I genuinely felt like the people I dealt with wanted me to leave happy.
If I would give them 1/4 star, I would. I seen a truck (F350 King Ranch DRW) advertised on line and I placed a call to the dealership. Sarah answered my call and answered my questions. I told her that I was interested and I would work out a time when I could drive to the dealership to see the truck. Four days later (Monday) Sarah texted me and I texted back that I was looking to come to see the truck on Thursday between 6 and 7p. Sarah also ask me to let her know if their were any changes and I ask the same of her. Sarah also confirmed that the truck that I was looking at was still available (stock #CD40229). Thursday evening my wife and I traveled 2 hr. in heavy traffic and when we were just 4 miles away we received a text message and a phone call telling us that the truck was not there, that the owned of the dealership had it, but they had another F350 King Ranch DRW on the lot that I could look at and consider OR they could see what they see what they could for tomorrow nite. Friday night, rush hour traffic around Baltimore, are you joking?? Classic Bate and Switch.
Came in for a quick patch to my tire with a screw in it and was told it would be an hour max. 2.5 hours later I still don’t have my vehicle. I also went to ask a question about my title and registering car as I bought vehicle here but registered in a Florida, and Blake Schindler was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I said excuse me to get attention and he just stared at me without saying anything else. I tried to give this dealer a second shot upon moving back but I will never be back again. Customer service is non-existent and they do not follow-through with anything they tell you.
Although I didn't purchase my Explorer Sport from them, Sarah Christman was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable. She put a number on my trade sight unseen and thoroughly explained the various incentives/financing options. This is my 38th vehicle purchase and I needed to make it this weekend or wait a few more weeks. The only problem is they only had the vehicle in Magnetic Gray and I was interested in Black. Without a doubt, I would recommend this dealership without reservation to anyone! You've got a tremendous asset in Sarah Christman! Great work...

I have used this dealership for regular service and for dealing with problems. I have found them to be courteous and knowledgeable on every occasion. I will continue to use this dealership and will recommend to others.

I have dealt with this dealership for many years. In the past I had always been very satisfied with my experience with them. Over the last few years the service department has gone down hill with many times not having enough mechanics they would need for work that comes in on that particular day. I don't like using the fast lane and had to use it several times when I came in for oil and filter changes and minor things being checked . My last visit was with the body shop and the repairs were being paid by another company's insurance and they were doing the work for me. I was told it would only take three days to repair. On the third day I called to make sure it was going to be finished and I was told they were going to have to keep it over the weekend which meant I was going to have to pay out of pocket for at least three additional days. They ended up calling me back and said that they would have someone else do the repair then originally assigned the job to and it would be done the next afternoon. They completed the job and I think they did a good job but I don't like last minute changes and stress added to my life. It wouldn't have been so bad but I had scheduled an appointment for when the work was to be done. That is why I didn't understand why it couldn't be done when promised. I just feel it is just best if I start using another dealership for my automotive needs.
Our son went to this dealership, to purchase a vehicle. After a few issues arose, I called (I live out of state) to speak to the GM, to help with the issues. The GM was rude, did not care about how he was speaking to a customer and then hung up the phone on me. Because of the principal of how the GM treated a customer, my son went to another dealership and bought a car with NO issues. Do not recommend this dealership, because of the actions of the GM.

Poor service from the service advisor. The service performed on my vehicle was performed in a satisfactory manner but the service advisor was very unfriendly and didn't try to advise me on any other means of acquiring transportation due to my vehicle being kept longer than he told me it would be.
This is probably one of the most worst dealerships I have ever visited and attempted to do business with. The sales people don't get back to you in timely manner, act like they don't care and really rude. They promise one thing and then give you another. Blake is straight up rude and arrogant as xxxx. The kid has no clue. Martin could care less either, apparently Navigator is so popular they don't care to work with the customer or at least have decent manners and pretend you care. They tried to stick me with some Lease payment of 1400 on the brand new Lincoln, what a joke. I went to another dealer in the area and I am under 1200 for the same exact deal. These guys are a joke, I am so glad I didn't listen to their advice that I wouldn't get a better deal on the lease and numbers are numbers and supply and demand xx.... That's not how you treat customers, you in the wrong business.
I just recently purchased my second car from this dealership the customer service is wonderful! Go and ask for Blake I’ve purchased both my cars from him and he was very pleasant to work with!

They did a fabulous job!! The customer service was great! They kept me informed during the entire process. My car was ready on time, washed and cleaned.

The entire service process was easy and handled with excellent customer service. Communication was superior. I was made aware of every step from drop off to pick up.

It was an awesome experience. The way they treated me it was great. The waiting area it was son confortable, cozy and so welcoming. Great work.

Laverne is always so friendly and makes the service experience great. I had a sensor go bad on my Escape and they diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed for me. Laverne kept me updated with what was going on and when the work would be finished. Thanks Laverne and will definitely be coming back for all of my regular service!

I started at a value oil change service. After their price went up by 200%, I took the time to go to Bob Davidson. Employees were exceptionally helpful. Prices were as advertised. This is exactly the same as when I bought the vehicle there. No BS.

Have been a customer for over seven years and always have an excellent experience, whether scheduled or not. New customer lounge is very comfortable and restrooms very nice and clean

WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER experience. Don't do or honor what they say, noone wants to do their job used car department MANAGERS ARE THE WORST. No callbacks & try to do cheap bad repairs not even helpful. This is the 3rd person I've talked to about the repairs. Repaired & still not fixed properly. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ( F+)
I bought a car with them on Memorial Day and that process seemed to go well though I still think that I did not receive nearly the amount for my trade-in that I could have gotten on my own, but that's the price of convenience right? After the fact of buying the car is when things have gone downhill. I have out of state plates since I don't live in Maryland full time and so they took it upon themselves to register my car as new instead of transfer my old plates. When asked about this they said it is not their job to do that unless I tell them to. They are the professionals and I believe it is their job to give me the options that are available to me. I then asked to talk to someone higher up about the issue as my DMV said they should be able to handle the refund process. I have left multiple voicemails (with Eric) with no response and the gal in charge of plates and tags (Jennifer) said she removed my plates from the mail pile so they didn't get sent until this was sorted. Well they just showed up at my house yesterday and STILL no call back. You would think that a company you spend thousands of dollars at would have the decency to return your phone call. They also never told me WHERE to pay my bill until I went to the dealer in person to file some paperwork. It seems like they are happy to cut corners and as a new car buyer I may have been naive to think they would be forthcoming and help me by telling me my options and really explaining the process... I was wrong. If you are a first time car buyer I highly suggest going elsewhere with your business.
I spoke to Brittany who works with internet sales about a 2014 Ford Focus used. She contacted me in response to an inquiry online where you "request the best price". Brittany told me that I needed to drive down, 45 minutes away, to the dealership in order to get the real best price and she does not give that out online. She explained to me that is because I must show good faith that I'm really serious about purchasing a vehicle. I told her this completely defeats the purpose of shopping online. Shopping online allows me to compare pricing and narrow down my best value, thereby saving me the time and fuel of driving to multiple dealerships. I fell for it and drove down to the dealership on Saturday morning. Brittany met me, shook my hand, and handed me off to Jamar, then departed. I never saw or talked to Brittany again. Jamar was very friendly and polite, but had been working there for about 3 weeks and very unfamiliar with Ford vehicles. I knew a tremendous more about the vehicle than Jamar, although he was doing the best he could. When it came to pricing, the best price is exactly what Brittany and I had discussed previously. I drove down there and wasted my morning for nothing. If Brittany was more honest, I would not have driven to the dealership. I will be in the market for a Ford Focus RS or ST sometime in the fall and will not consider this dealership. I had far better service and experience with Plaza Ford in Bel Air.

I did not purchase my vehicle from Bob Davidson Ford, however I would say that based on the quality of service I have received from this dealership, I would consider my next purchase here.
Every time. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, very professional! Can't say enough about Bob Davidson Ford. I enjoy the eperience every time. Feels like a very personalized and customized experience.
another purchased from Dulaney (D). Since D closed we have received letters from BD stating that they were pleased to take over servicing our vehicles & they have sent us notices reassuring us that they will provide the same quality service and treat us like a quality customer!!! ( We had not been going to BD for service because it's not very convenient and didn't feel they were very customer friendly, but figured we would give them another chance) Here's where the term "Actions are STRONGER than words" is the lesson learned here... We had one vehicle in need of recall fixes & an oil change and another w/ a leaky sunroof (under warranty)and needing an oil change. We decided to bring the vehicles, one at a time, to BD. We traveled 45 minutes on Mon eve to drop off one vehicle, then drove back on Tue eve to pick up the one and drop off the other. On Wed, I called the shop about 6:15pm while we were eating dinner up the street from BD so I could double check the service hours- (On Mon, I thought the service rep told me someone would be there until 8pm, but I was second guessing myself now because that seemed very late so I wanted to check again) The receptionist told me she THOUGHT the service dept closed @ 5:30pm. I knew that couldn't be right because both nights we were there, it was after 6pm and we met with the service advisor both nights; so I asked her to verify that info. She said she would double check and placed me on hold. I was left on hold and eventually slipped into Dave Lancaster's voicemail... so I hit "0" to get the receptionist again. She didn't pick up to speak to me and just placed me back into a call queue and I landed in the voice mail again. I hit "0" again and it just rang and rang....several minutes of this... Very irritated, we quickly packed up the children w/ the remains of their food and arrived at BD @ 6:35pm... the service dept hours on the door said 6:30. The guy in the shop would not help us and said everyone left... xxx- 5 minutes after they closed I couldn't get any help? I went into the showroom and talked to the receptionist who had left me on hold only minutes before. I repeated my situation and reminded her that she left me on hold and she said "Oh, no problem, you can get your car.. I'll get the salesman to help you". A few minutes later, the receptionist told me that the salesperson was handling a phone call and would be with me in a few minutes.. The remaining sales people were chain-smoking on the porch and didn't even flash a friendly grin in my direction. I walk around the showroom waiting patiently and I noticed a man sitting on a desk having a leisurly phone conversation with someone about golf. About 15 minutes later, he finishes his phone conversatation and saunters over to me asking if I was the one w/ a truck "stuck" in the shop. (By now it's about 5 minutes until 7pm) I acknowledged that I was and he said he didn't think he could do anything... couldn't get to the ticket and run a credit card even after I advised that I could get cash if that would help.. xxx?! I had to wait 15 minutes for him to get off of the social phone call to tell me there was nothing he could do??? I was only 5 stinking minutes late to begin with and I could have been on time if the receptionist had the correct information!!!!!!!!!!! Come On!!!!! He said he would check, but immediately returned and said his hands were tied. I then had to come back the next morning, driving yet another 45 minutes, to pick up my truck. When I arrived, I explained my prior night's situation to the cashier in the service dept. HERE's THE KICKER!!!!!... She apologized and said that the receptionist should have connected me to the cashier so I could pay by phone before they closed and then my keys would be with the night watch man so I could pick up my truck... HAD THE RECEPTIONIST PAID ATTENTION TO THE REASON I WAS CALLING AND TRANSFERED ME TO THE CASHIER INSTEAD OF DAVE LANCASTER'S VOICE MAIL, I COULD HAVE HAD MY TRUCK AND SAVED SEVERAL GALLONS OF WASTED GAS IN TRAVELING THE EXTRA DAY!!!!!! (BTW- WHEN I STOPPED IN THAT NIGHT TO TRY AND GET MY VEHICLE, THE RECEPTIONIST HAD SEVERAL MAGAZINES IN FRONT OF HER, ALONG W/ A NAIL FILE & HER PURSE!!! SHE WAS PROBABLY READING ABOUT THE STARS INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO ME ON THE PHONE) To top it all off, my sunroof could not be fixed because they could not replicate the leaking..... Then I get a call from an 800 number to check on the quality service I received and to make sure that I was a happy camper. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT ONTO THE PREMISES EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD!!!! Our new truck was purchased here and they were horrible 6 years ago .... at least they are consistently bad!!!!

Although I didn't purchase my Ford Focus at Bob Davidson Ford. My experience there was extremely pleasant, I received quick and courteous. I will be returning to Bob Davidson Ford for future service to my vehicle. Thank you! C. Branch

Our sales associate, Gene Walsh, was knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and very easy to work with. He went out of his way to help us with buying our car. We had some special requests about changing out a battery and tires from our trade-in to our other car. He told the service department what we wanted done and it was. He was very patient showing us how everything works in our new car . We will recommend him to anyone we know who is looking for a car. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful from the financial officer Amy to Tony and his crew in the Quick Lane Service Department. This is the second car we have purchased from Bob Davidson and would recommend this dealership to everyone. Mary Ann and Greg
Go in and see Bob Compton for the best experience ever when it comes to buying a new vehicle, he was polite, honest and a true gentleman.
We gave the guys at Bob Davidson an idea of what we were looking for in a used car and our price range. In less than a week we were called by the dealership to come in and see a recently traded in vehicle. The Lincoln MKX was well kept and had low mileage. Everyone that we dealt with was more than helpful. They made our car buying experience a pleasure. Thank you Bruce Schindler, Blake Schindler, Bob Compton and Howard Lowenthal

My experience has never been anything but great, from sale to service. We travel from Wilmington, NC for service. Use on line reservation for service. They took the vehicle on time and because my wife has some special needs, Eric was able to expedite the completion.
Bought two trucks from the dealership in the past. Came from PA to see about buying a 450 chassis. Went to show the impatient commercial salesman the truck that needed to be replaced in the parking lot. Right away walking out of the office I could see his reactions out of the corner of my eye. I could tell he did not want to be bothered. I felt I should just leave then after only meeting with him for less than 3 minutes. As we walked towards the truck the salesman said sarcasticly that I did not tell him it was a dually. ( Note: all F450 and up have double tires in the back.) He then told me they can be ordered that way. ??? Salesman told me that he had a lot full of chassis in the back lot that he will not sell me at all. He said he would never sell me a commercial truck without the body because that's were they make their bread and butter to feed their kids. Was also told that no other ford dealer would sell just a chassis which I clearly knew was not true. Respectively I named two other dealers that would and he told me that I better go buy it. Regardless of what any customers needs are that they should not be treated that way and talked down to. Should of went in and talked to the manager, but we were so shocked and just wanted to leave. Can't put the blame on the whole dealership, but that's how they got represented. I'm a business too and that's not how we would treat our repeated customers. We were interested in building a business to business relationship and start replacing and adding to our fleet starting with the oldest truck. Unfortunately for the dealership, we can not do business with that kind of representation.
In 1993, I purchased my first brand new car from Bob Davidson Ford, and today, (and many cars later, both new and used from private sales and other dealerships) I purchased another brand new vehicle from this incredible establishment. I truly can't say enough great things about my experience here. From the first greeting until the final 'tour' of my new car, I was treated with friendly professionalism, kindness, patience, and respect by people who are expert Ford representatives. I also came in with quite a credit challenge and they went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted, at the price I could afford, at an interest rate I couldn't believe. An amazing car buying experience from start to finish. The associates worked like a true team (kathy, natt, martin, kate, and joe g.) and I can't thank them enough!!! Won't be my last new car from Bob Davidson!!!
This is a great dealer if you enjoy getting shafted. No but I am serious, imagine seeing a price for a car and shaking hands with the guy who sold you the car and then after the finance guy rushes papers in your face, they magically raised the price $800. I realized this 2 weeks later when I got my first loan payment and I was curious why it wasn't the price that I thought I paid. You would think bringing this up to the dealer would make it their top priority to fix but that wasn't the case. I got responses such as "i am busy", "I'll help you tomorrow" or simply not even being able to get in contact with these people at all. It was utterly pathetic and this is not how you treat your customers. I always had to put effort into trying to reach these people. A week later I had to call and ask where my money was. Not even kidding I was told that "I thought the other guy sent it and he thought I sent it". If you want to deal with the most disorganized group of individuals then go here. Other issues I dealt with was tags and them just expecting me to handle the situation with the DMV . Yet another complaint was the xxxxxxxx finance guy looking me dead in the face and asking "are you crazy?" just because I didn't want to get a certain warranty. I am a reasonable person and let the tag thing go, let the crazy comment go, tried to work with them on getting my money back but on the third week of after buying my car and yet again calling them up because they couldn't figure out how to write a xxxxing $800 dollar check, thats what made me wanna hop on here just so someone else can go to literally any other ford dealer on this planet and have a better experience.

We couldn't be happier with the sales experience we had on Friday. Buying a car is not always necessarily a fun experience but this time it was! The process was seamless and we love our new 2013 Ford Escape SEL. Our salesman Gene was extremely friendly and knowledgable and really took his time with us in explaining everything about the car. Howard in finance was also very personable and easy to talk to. I really appreciated his convincing my husband that we needed Gap Coverage. Nobody likes paying for insurance but you sure do appreciate that you have it when you need it. We will definitely be recommending Bob Davidson to our family and friends...thanks again for the stress free experience!
Reneged on the Deal We agreed to a purchase price on re-certified Lincoln 2012 MKX with a payment of cash. This agreement was between the son of the owner and the salesman since the used car sales manager – “Chuck” was not available. The delivery date was the next day. I signed papers showing the price, also they agreed to new tires, full alignment and oil change. During the walk-through, I noticed the tires were worn and the digital oil usage 70%. Since the car was not clean (carpets were stained) they agreed to a detail. The next day, I called prior to leaving my home to ensure it was ready for delivery. Went I got to the dealership, the car salesman (DALE) greeted me and brought the car to the side of the building. To my dismay, I noticed the tires were not replaced but clean as though they were new (wet look – nice and shiny on the outer walls), also, the carpet still had coffee stains so I knew it was not detailed as promised. My blood pressure escalated at that point. I brought this to the attention of the salesman (DALE) and he pleated ignorant. I said the deal is off; DALE mentioned that he would resolve the issues. After about 1/2 hour I asked what the issue was and good old boy "CHUCK" said the tires passed inspection and therefore HE mentioned they would not be replaced at the agreed to price. I said we (Son’s owner and DALE) had agreed the price and he was required to honor it! After a few exchange of choice words between Chuck and I; we agreed that I would be charged another $250 for the tires. Trust me, I was not a happy camper! I'm 60 years of age and have purchase several new/used vehicles during my lifetime; this was the worst purchase ever made. My trade in was in very poor condition and a road hazard (poor suspension, windshield wipers in disrepair and transmission almost shot!). I would have continued to walk if I were not an hour from my home. However, I decided to hold their feet to the fire! It took no more than 5-10 minutes to process the paper work but the total transaction took more than 3 1/2 hours; arrived at 2:00 PM and left the dealership around 5:30 PM. I was very pissed-off at this time (I think they purposely had my wait). For fear of me doing something I would regret, I left the dealership parking lot not realizing the car had no gas, again, good old "Chuck" reneged on the deal since he mentioned during our renegotiation he would include a full tank of gas. I was so pissed off, I also failed to notice the carpet stains were not removed; no detail as agreed! This is a piss-poor operation so be careful of any type of deal! I received no follow-up call but had to call them concerning the keyless entry code for the door locks which they failed to provide on the day of the sale; Dale (salesman) said he would not charge me the $100 bucks to recalibrate but mentioned that I would need to come back to do so! Slim chance of that! All of the best to you if you decide to do business with the Dealership! I’m hopeful with this blog and many more, the owner or son will call me.

Sam was very good to work with, quick to answer any question and very knowledgable of their products! Highly recommended! The entire process was quick well coordinated. Great experience. Thanks!
My experience purchasing my 16' F-250 Lariat Ultimate was excellent, I initially communicated with Steve Davids via email with what I was looking for, which was first a F-350 Lariat but later decided that it was more then I was looking for, so I suggested a F-250 in the same configuration...Steve searched his inventory and found two identical ones I would be interested in. I settled for one, told Steve my terms, dp and interest I was looking for as well as a no-nonsense deal. Once we settled on this, I came in and dealt with Billy for a test drive, once satisfied...I finalized a deal with Kate in the F&I Dept and off I went a hour later! The whole process was headache-free. Thanks for a job well done! -V
I would have never visited this dealership if it were not to a Lincoln recall on the fuel tank. Their staff and service was so outstanding.... I will surely contact them when I purchase my next vehicle. EVERY ONE OF THEIR STAFF .... made the effort to be kind, polite, and helpful. Their customer waiting rooms are clean, friendly and very accommodating. As a business owner myself, they respected my time and they were honest about the expected time for the repair/replacement. This is the best Dealership/Service ever! I honestly did not want to drive there, due to the distance, however; worth the drive !
I had the best car buying experience I ever had at Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln. Everyone from the salesman to the finance manager was great. They treated me like a VIP even though I didn't have a lot of money to spend and purchased a small SUV. At other dealerships I always left like I just been taken for a ride but not at Bob Davidson. The finance person pushed for the best deal for me and not for him. I got the ride I wanted, financing I can afford and the most for my trade. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Natt and "98"
