I originally went in to look at a 428i for myself and he mentioned the low mile 535i...I checked it out and it was showroom floor clean...no wear, no tear...mint. They had replaced the brakes and rotors both front and rear and had all four wheels reconditioned to remove any nicks and rashes...they were like new. Basney really does inspect their used vehicles and make sure they’re in great condition...their reputation rides on it. Well, I thought this would be a great car for my daughter to consider and she loved it...she was considering a 3 Series, but fell in love with this 5 Series that was immaculate. Shawn answered all of our questions, and really proved to us he was there with our best interest at heart, not just to sell us a car...that’s not always easy to find at a dealership. Basney offered us a fair priced extended warranty thst I would normally pass on, but the price was fair and it gave my daughter some great peace of mind, so she left with a 40,000 mile/4 year warranty with a zero deductible covering everything accept tires, brakes and wiper blades. They will even provide her a feee loaner car. This is my second purchase from Basney BMW...I’ve been thoroughly impressed both times.

Basney got me in right away to have my snow tires put on. While doing a detailed inspection of my car they noticed my Engine Air Filter was dirty and clogged. I had them replace that as well and was on my way in no time! Thank you for looking after my car!

I would recommend Basney to anybody. Working with Tyler Russell was a breeze. He was super responsive and great at communicating. Everything was super easy. I got a great car at a fabulous price, prepped and detailed to perfection, like new. Everybody was cordial and friendly and worked to make it a fine experience. The most transparent process I have ever seen, everything fair and open, full disclosure, cards on the table.

My Service Engine Soon light came on over the weekend. Called first thing on Monday and they told me to bring my car in. Kenny, the shuttle driver, drove me back to work and picked me back up after work. He was a joy. I received an email during the day on Monday with the diagnosis and they had to keep my car until Wednesday, but had a loaner car available for me to drive Monday evening. I sent an email on Tuesday asking if they could check a couple of other things and they did. My car was done on Wednesday at noon. Feels like I have a brand new car.

During a recent out-of-town trip, I was returning home on a Friday afternoon and hit a large landscaping rock that had previously fallen off a truck. The impact caused the sidewall to blow out on our X5. I spoke with the service department and made arrangements to get the tire replaced.. After having to be towed on a flatbed approximately 75 miles, Dean Wirth and the crew were waiting for me. We arrived at 4:50 PM on a Friday afternoon, 10 minutes before the service department was to close. The mechanics and others agreed to stay late to help. They replaced the tire and did not finish until after normal closing hours. This is OUTSTANDING SERVICE for their valued customers. Thanks to Basney's Service Department!

I had the unlikely experience of buying a new car without unwelcome sales pressure to buy features I neither needed nor wanted, a knowledgeable and honest sales person, and a friendly support staff,

Had my diesel BMW x5 Serviced and they left didnt even completely fill the DEF fluid. They still charged me $250. My amp for sound had stopped working. They wanted to replace it for $2000 to see if that was the problem. I purchased one from ebay for $80 to see if that was the problem and it solved it. I later cleaned the old amp inside and it works well now also. So I have a spare. They had the car all day and charged me over $500 and did not fix anything. Since they did not top off the DEF fluid I am concerned if they even changed the oil or not. It is best to do the work yourself so you know it is completed correctly.

I brought my 2006 5 series in with no notice. I was really in a pinch as I needed to travel the next day for a new job. Basney was great. I had a diagnosis by the end of the day and my car was ready to go by the next day. They even had a special offer that made my bill much less then I was quoted. One last thing, the communication methods are modern and convenient. The representative texted me with updates so I didn't have to take a phone call and I was able to review and approve servicing from the website. This was my first experience with Basney and I am very pleased and impressed!

We live out of state and had our BMW towed in after a problem on the road. They quickly analyzed the problem, corrected it, and took care of other service needed before the warranty expired. They were very welcoming and sensitive to our dilemma. The work was completed while we waited. We expects to have to leave the car at least overnight. I would give this dealership a grade of A+.

I took my car in on Sunday since I had my 10,000 mile inspection that Monday morning. Filled out the after hours form (and placed on the form that I would need the vehicle by 5pm that day), then placed the keys in the drop box. My appointment on Monday was for 7:30am, I received a phone call at 11am saying that my car was good to go, they had applied the coupon I had left in the after hours envelope. No hassles, very friendly. This was my second time getting my car serviced here, and I will continue to do so.

Basney has the least expensive full synthetic oil change, plus does a comprehensive vehicle check, vacuum, and wash. The staff is very friendly, the waiting area is pleasant, and the garage is immaculate. If I didn't have to take a day off work to have service done there I would have them do all of my service work. (I live far enough away that I don't want to make two trips.)
