what a traveler desires. On November 2 (Saturday evening) after filling my 2010 F-350 with fuel, it would not start. It was towed to Ames Ford Lincoln for repairs. On Monday morning, with little hope of getting real "timely" service, we approached Seth and Brandon in the Service Department and explained our dilemma. Theye responded that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. By 4 o'clock the truck had a .new fuel pump, 2 new filters, 2 new batteries and had been road tested and we could continue on our journey. Anka, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Seth, Brandon Cornelius and two courtesy drivers: Steve and John, we were on our way. We arrived at our home (a distance of 1,168 miles) without any more vehiclular problems due to the excellent service your crew provided us..
