called the Manager it had an additional $1200.00 of hidden charges on it. My wife loved the car so I bought it anyway. Owners manual is very specific about oil 5w20. Service dept does not stock it but can get it if I want it. I get my service work done at the Hyundai Dealer that is only 5 minutes from my home
