ever had. No loaners. Wanted the car for four hours for a job Gladstone completed in 30 minutes without an appointment! Had three separate appointments. Showed for the first, and the "only technician capable for this job" was "hospitalized today" but would be back tomorrow?? Then I made an appointment, which they late claimed was not on their books. And then, it happened a second time!!! I got an automated questionaire later about the "appointment." The waiting area is gross. Admittedly I formerly drove a Lexus, and the dealership is first class. This review required I select an employee, but I really don't recall.
