I had done my research, connected with Troy ahead of time. When we got to the dealership the night addition, I was looking at was pulled up front. We shook Troy's hand, took the Palisade for a quick test drive. Even with a trade in (again I did my research and knew exactly what I was willing to take for the trade) we were out the door in our new vehicle in a little over an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Troy and Beaverton Hyundai. This is the 3rd Hyundai i have purchased and the best experience yet.
