excellent at his job. He was patient and not pushy. When I made my decision to purchase the car, he again very patiently went over all the details I would need to know to enjoy the vehicle. He is an excellent teacher, I would recognize this because I just retired after 30 years of teaching. I understand that he has probably been trained, but not everyone does it well even after that. He answered all my questions and left me assured that if I have more, I can feel comfortable coming back to him. I'm enjoying the car immensely. Skyway is my new favorite dealership because of this experience ♥️
