. I made an appointement and they did not have the car pulled around. The car had the low gas light on, oil change light and 2 other service engine lights, and the car was flithy. While I was test driving I asked them to assess my trade in. When I got back they were still "Meeting in the Managers office" I shared multiple times I only had 1 hour. I spoke with a manger about my dissapointment and their response was nothing and let me walk out with even an appology.
