I had a failure with the instrument cluster panel behind the steering wheel of my Q5 at 30,000 miles. I was told it was a very odd failure by Tony Cardinale my service advisor. I paid Audi Naples to replace the cluster in April. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer.
