!!! Stay away! This place is horrible. I left a google review and I will be contacting corporate. This place is horrible. Do not come here. It’s sad that we can’t support our African American people. The receptionist who is African American with blonde hair and wears glasses is so rude. I brought my car to be serviced for 4 recalls. Corey who works the sales department was so sweet and professional. He is about the only one who has any customer service skills there. He advised me that the car would be ready today 8/10/23. When I called to check the status. The receptionist was rude and did not try and assist with just providing the information if the car was ready or not. I then requested to speak with her leadership Aaron Caulsey and he was just as rude. It takes nothing to be kind and polite to people. When I don’t know something, I don’t just say, “I don’t know, I can’t help you”. That is horrible customer service experience. In the end all I wanted to know was the status of my vehicle. It’s not the fact that it wasn’t ready. I can deal with that. It’s just the communication for me. I will NEVER come back to this place again. It should be shut down. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter.
