to the dealership because it would not start or respond. Numerous error codes were sent to my mobile app as well. The service department cited a bad terminal battery and replaced it. That was alarming but things happen. Just recently while driving on the HWY the rear driver side fender trim flew off the car. No impact / no damage / the piece just flew off the car. Sounds crazy right? I certainly think so. Mazda service says its not covered without even looking at it! So you mean to tell me that I can buy a $46K car and two months later when it literally starts falling apart Mazda says " nope thats on you to fix ($300). They said the piece could not come off without impact. Well I am here to tell you it did come off and that the manufacture improperly installed the piece. The "honest dealer Bud Baer Mazda" is honestly about their money and not their customers. I was left with the option to call Mazda direct by the service manager Derek. After 30 minutes on hold my first call was unsuccessful. Buyers beware BUD BAER MAZDA is not looking out for your best interests. I have worked in the car biz and owned several new cars... With that said I have never seen anything like this happen and not be taken care of by the dealership. Service after sale is less than satisfactory. I would recommend not to choose BUD BAER MAZDA. My confidence in this brand is gone.
