it finally gave up the ghost so we were on the hunt for another used car within our budget. We had been searching for three weeks using the CarFax app when this 2019 Buick Encore popped up. Lo and behold, it was at Delray Buick GMC, where we had bought the previous vehicle. We had such a good experience then that decided to drive up and see the Encore, hoping that our experience now would be just as good as it was then. They did not disappoint. Leon Timothee was our sales person and he is as personable and honest as you get. During our conversations he said with some pride that he and the DBG team are very customer focused. They want us to be happy. Of course, I smiled and said, "I hope so but we'll see". Don't all sales people say that? So we purchased the car and drove off the lot. When we got home we noticed that the passenger mirror was damaged. I texted him the next day and told him that we just noticed this and that I was hoping that he still wanted us to be happy. He said he did and he meant it. He ordered a replacement part and told us to bring the car back and he would have it repaired. And you know what? He kept his word. And I AM happy. I would strongly recommend anyone who is in the market looking for a car to go visit this dealership and see if Leon can help you. He is not the kind of guy who is going to try to sell you something you don't want or are not looking for. He actually wants to help you. And he proved it to us with his actions. Thank you Leon.
