No one EVER returns a phone call. They should NEVER say so an so will call you back in 10 minutes when normal people sit and wait for the return call which is never coming. Unreal. On top of that we left our car for service (tailgate problem )after being told we could wait then told we had to leave overnight…waited 2 days for someone to call us…we call and was told the part needed to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks for it to come in. SO they held our drivable car leaving us without a car for those 2 days. WHY not immediately call us to come and get it??? 3 weeks now…so try calling to see if part is in and parts department can’t even find that it has been ordered! Plus no one has yet to return our call.
