I came in for what I thought was an A/C problem on my Santa Fe. After explaining the problem, he came out and looked at the A/C and showed me what I was doing wrong. He assured me that was often what people didn`t understand and it was all good. Spencer is a really knowledgeable service advisor! Thanks Spencer!
