Had a great first time experience two years ago not at all the same this time around not only was, I rushed through my sale, put off to the side and then got the car the same day when I wasn’t in a rush to get it As I would’ve preferred, picking it up later in the day, or the next day after it was detailed and properly given to me (as I still have stickers on my tires) and because they were so busy I am told which makes me more upset that that’s the way you would treat a customer especially a second time customer. I then find out a week later after recommending a friend for a second time that she got the acquisition fee waived but I got to pay more money when I have two leases with them. Very upset by the way I was treated and the amount of money I had to put upfront for only putting not much down but my friend got treated better. It’s a shame because I really love the Pathfinder but do not like the way I was treated and feel like I was taken advantage of both financially as well as being a repeat customer.
