I made an appointment, the agent said they will put my appointment a week later so they could order the parts, when I visit Kia South they didn’t have my parts on top of that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a 15 minute reset. David told me parts will be in Friday and I would receive a call so I can make another appointment . Still have received a call. On top of all this, my 2011 Kia Sorento has recalls on it. I have did what KIA said do and still no progress.
