I worked out a deal for my daughter over the phone with a Sales Rep. Exact amount was agreed to and the check was written (This was a Cash Deal). The next day, my daughter went to pick up the car. After 2 hours on the road to pick up the car, she gets a call saying that the car had already been sold to someone else (by another Salesperson). No call or apology from the Sales Manager. I don't fault the Salesperson because he lost the sale and wasted his day off to be there. Sales Management is totally unprofessional and makes the entire Dealership look bad. It's a shame because I was wanting to buy from them for my wife's and my own vehicle down the road.
