I own an XT5. we thoroughly enjoy the vehicle. We were driving the vehicle on Saturday when it just "stopped". The entire vehicle shut down to a point that not even the 4 way flashers would work. I contacted Arrowhead Cadillac. I received a call back from a service representative Todd within 5 minutes of my call. Within a further 5 minutes I received a call from "Brian" in Arrowhead road side assistance. we spoke for a few moments and then Brian said he thinks he know the source of the problem. Within 30 minutes he drove to me in North Peoria, worked on the vehicle and got me on my way. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Overall he was exceptional.
