I purchased my 2014 Outback there in 2013. It's clean and the people are friendly and accommodating. But a week ago I got really miffed when I was overcharged $50 for a winter checkup. The special offer arrived in my email and I quickly accepted with a phone call. I arrived at the 2:15pm designated time and then waited over 2 hours to get my car back. I was charged $139.95 instead of the promised 89.95. The price was quickly reduced to the correct amount. I will continue to have my car serviced at Gresham Subaru but hope the operation is spiffed up a little bit,
