from an oil change The appointment I first made was dropped somehow, even after getting a confirmation. I had to wait several weeks for another appointment. This dealership does not offer any amenities while waiting often over an hour for an oil change. Not even a water cooler, small water, bottles, snacks, etc. Verner candy in Fairfield nearby offers a variety of snacks, for example muffins, cookies, peanuts, chips, pretzels, etc., much more welcoming there.
