touch. 5 star service every time!
I appreciate how helpful they are as well.
I will continue to return to this dealership for maintenance.

occasions- the first time was to diagnose the issue; they told me they needed more time with the car. When I brought it back the second time it was there for further diagnosis, and they determined that the front distance sensor needed to be replaced, and I would receive a text message or email when the part was at the dealership. I received the message that the part was in stock, and I scheduled my 3rd apt for my car. When I dropped my car off on 6/18, I was under the impression that everything was squared away, and it was clear to replace the part. Chris told me they needed more time with the car, and they would be able to finish the work the following day. On June 19th I was informed that they had determined the cause of the sensor going out was a collision- which I had disclosed on the first visit to Chris Comello. The warranty would not cover it, and they would have to go through the Fleet company, and the repair would cost $2k. By this time, they had already taken the bumper off my car and contacted my fleet company. In the AM of 6/20, I called my fleet company and opened a claim with them, and they informed me that they needed to add this dealership as an approved partner in the system. I asked Chris for my vehicle back for the weekend. He said he would have a tech put it back together and stated he was leaving early for family vacation. After no further communication despite sending more texts and calling the dealership, my car had not been put back together and would sit taken apart at the dealership over the weekend. On Monday, 6/29, my fleet company, Element, sent over via email a request for a W-9 tax form to Chris so they could add the dealership to the system. Chris said he forwarded the email, and we just needed to wait for corporate to send over the information. On 6/25, with no progress made, I told Chris I would be leaving for a work trip on 6/29 and I would need the vehicle before then. I asked repeatedly for the contact information for Walser Nissan Corporate, so I could contact them myself and get the process rolling- I was ignored or refused the information. Chris then stopped replying to my messages, and I was left with very few sporadic bits of communication. Despite begging Christ to escalate the situation, there was no progress. I became VERY frustrated and decided to take matter into my own hands. I called the front desk on 6/26 and was able to get the corporate phone number and get ahold of someone there to send a message to the payroll department, urgently. This took me about an hour to get into direct contact with someone at payroll and get the W-9 and send it to my fleet company- something Chris could not do in 4 days. I was informed via text at 8 am on 6/27 that my vehicle was ready to pick up. Nothing had been fixed, and my car was held hostage for a week and two days for no reason. The car was taken apart before there was approval from either the fleet company or the warranty, so my fleet company was charged with a tech to remove my bumper and nothing to be fixed. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received here, and I will not be finishing the repair at this location. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone ever, and if I can prevent people from using this facility I will go out of my way to do so. I will be posting public reviews with the same exact review above copy and pasted. I was told I was going to get my car back a week ago on 6/20 and never got it back. After getting it back today, I will not be bringing my car back as they have had it at that location for a total of 2 business weeks and were unable to solve the issue at hand. Chris actively ignores customers who need updates and is uncapable of taking the time to properly make sure that paperwork is being filed/sent to the correct agencies quickly. I'm so glad I was able to do both of our jobs and get the information I needed in a timely manner. Do better.
I was in and out pretty quickly. I will definitely be back.
I was directed to the lounge was very comfortable. The issue that I had was solved in a timely manner. The explanation I was given was delivered professionally..

I would recommend them.
asked questions about the different kicks models and trim levels. He talked so fast and did not explain things well. Will never go back there again

It took my dad, mom, and I one week to get ahold of someone to get my car in for a service. Finally the day comes to bring it in, the guy helping me was very condescending and rude towards me. Said “yeah every time your mom calls I run from the phone, because I don't want to deal with her.” My dad and mom had to pick up my car for me when it was done as I was at work, and when my mom was talking about our experience, the phone rang and the service guy put up his pointer finger in my moms face and answered the phone. Again mind you, we couldn’t even get an answer or a call back when we left voicemails. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service similar to this from them as well.
Very helpful and informative I got the car I wanted. Good staff looking forward to getting great service from the service department
Happy with my regular tune up! Service department is so friendly and through.
They have great deals on vehicles and have great service.
The Service advisor Kirk who ended up being the person I worked with at the Dealership when I arrived was great, and everything went smoothly with him. However, I was greatly disappointed with the service advisor I spoke with on the phone when I called Walser Nissan Wayzata directly to set up my appointment. I made sure to call and get hold of an actual person, because I had a few specific things that needed to be taken care of at the upcoming appointment and the new automated system for making appointments does not allow any kind of notes or elaborations on what service needs to be done. There were four thing I specifically needed. I wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation done of course, but I also had two other issues I needed addressed. The easier of the two was that the positive terminal on my battery was loose and had at least twice caused my battery to become disconnected when I went to start it up as if my battery were completely dead... I found the second time that it was just the connector that wasn't closing properly and causing it to get jiggled to a point where it wouldn't connect at all. more specifically, trying to tighten it down further did nothing to solve the issue, the connector that circles the terminal either needed a new gasket or to be replaced. However, the main issue that I truly needed a person to be help with was that I wanted to replace the undercarriage plates that got damaged a year earlier when the freeway off ramp for my home had not been plowed after about 6 inches of heavy wet snow in march. It ended up collecting under the splash guard plates and even tearing off the two wings under the front wheels. I had not thought they were urgent to replace at the time. So, I put off the repair until I had enough money to cover them. However, I wanted to make sure they had the parts in stock for the appointment, since I knew specifically what was needing to be replaced from their previous service note and did not want to waste my time come back for a second appointment if they were not. I told the service advisor I talked to on the phone about all this and he said he couldn't find the mechanics notes from my services. I told him I could find it in my own records, so I spend a few minutes going back through my own service records in my files till I found it. He was then able to find the date and notes in the service record, so I felt like it was all taken care of and ready to go. However, when I arrived at the dealership for the appointment, Kirk told me that the only thing which got written in the note for the appointment was "get further information from customer". I was livid. At that point, I realized that I knew who had been the service advisor I spoke to on the phone. Even though he did not tell me his name (which is not good to begin with), I realized upon hearing his voice again there at the dealership that it had actually been the awful service advisor who had previously repeatedly lied to me and gave me awful service so bad I felt obligated to write severely critical reviews on all the websites. Although he didn't even have a name tag on at the dealership, and I had to look up his name from the previous service paperwork at home, I know it was Christopher Comello. Having me spend 10 minutes identifying the issues and searching through my records to clarify the needed repairs he swore he couldn't find in the mechanics notes, then AGAIN forcing me to waste another 10 minutes explaining it all again at the dealership and making poor Kirk dig through the maintenance records to find it because of Christopher's willful negligence, was totally on brand for Christopher Comello's terrible customer service. Other than that, the actual service provided by Kirk was great. I was just dumbfounded by how a person could spend time talking on a phone pretending to take down a customer's information when they flat out were not. That is all.

it’s my problem
informed of what they were doing. They resolve the issue- timely, and well. Very nice team you have!
existent. This was the first purchase at this location and will definitely be the last!
Great sales person; wonderful assist my the Sales Manager and one of the dealer executives. (The only negative - you need more people that can drive a manual transition!)

ordered. The appointment was made with their service department. I took it in the day that was decided. I was there waiting 2 hours and the service manager told me they weren’t going to get it done because they were over booked. I live 2 1/2 hours away. He gave me a loaned to use which as I drove it home discovered the gas gauge didn’t work, the front end was out of line, it made a noise in the front, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was filthy inside and out. It was on the sales lot. They called me the next day about 2 our car was done.
everything they were going to do. The lounge was clean and comfortable.
Friendly service with little waiting. The waiting are was clean and comfortable. Services were prompt.
good service department. no car wash and no separate customer lounge kinda sucks

The video clip of the car is good. Worth lot of words.
Wasted my time. No follow up. They had left some car parts unassembled when I picked it up. No reply to my message to Svc. Mgr. I was told "If you don't hear back by Monday, just keep trying!" Was sent 30 miles to another Nissan shop.

financing and service group. All in all a good experience.
They didn’t pressure us whatsoever into buying a vehicle from them, instead they were very patient and informative with the whole process. Would definitely purchase another vehicle with them! Very personable and genuine!
workmanship of their faulty transmissions.
No issues. Great customer service! I appreciated the help setting up my phone connected to the car!

excellent. My salesman was Nelsen who was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He made the entire transaction enjoyable and was patient and kind when explaining all the technology and operating procedures of my new Altima when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Nelsen to anyone searching for a new car. He is a great asset to the dealership and made the entire business a comfortable experience. Thank you, Nelsen!
ready when they said it would be.

I called after a week of bringing my car in because I haven’t heard from Nissan or the dealer, they said someone would get right back to me. Today, I called again this morning and again they said the service manager would get back to me. It’s now 6pm and no one has called me back. At least they should give me a status update.
everything. It was a very fast replacement of the transmission. I really appreciated all of the good service I received. Thank you so much.
Great customer service and everything was done in a very timely manner! The Service guy was exceptional from start to finish!
Helpful and straightforward. We will return for our next purchase.
and very accommodating to deal with..

Got a very fair deal for our trade in. Honestly, a lovely experience all around.
They sent me a video while my car was being serviced to let me see underneath my car and the hood, and that was something I had never experienced while getting an oil change. I would definitely recommend for people to check them out!!

car. The head mechanic rode along with me this time. Immediately diagnosed it as CV axle noise/replace needed. That was what I had thought was the case because I had the other side done just a few months ago. I had taken the car in less than a month ago prior to this most recent service to diagnose the same issue along with an oil change. Back then, the mechanic refused to do a ride along and said he "shook everything down" and it was all fine, insisting I was just hearing normal operational noise... This most recent appointment I had was for my 60k maintenance and it turned out they decided to give me the work on the CV axle for free. I am pretty sure it is because when I was in before and the mechanic abdicated his responsibility to do a thorough diagnostic of the problem because it was under warranty then and now it is no longer under warranty. That put a bit of egg on the face of the dealership so to speak. I'm happy they finally took care of the issue and ate the cost, despite the fact that I definitely feelt insulted, like they were gaslighting me, and that they neglected to do obvious repairs because the mechanic clearly didn't want to do more warranty work on my vehicle the previous time I came in. Overall, 4 stars to make up a little bit for the scathing review I gave them after my last appointment. Taking a star off this time because when I went to pick up the vehicle after the 60k maintenance, trunk light replacement, CV acxle repair, and the front brake job, they also recommended, the brakes were screaming bloody murder when I left the dealership. I had to turn around and bring it back. They gave me a loaner for the weekend until they got it fixed the next Monday (I took my car in Friday morning). Apparently the backing plate of the brakes was contacting the rotors. They had to bend it away from the rotors to eliminate the noise.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Kirk is the best of the best! A true gem!!!

provided a Lyft to Ridgedale Mall while they worked on the car.
No one likes to answer the phone when you call and when you leave a message for them, they still don’t answer you back. My 2023 rogue went into reduced power mode and told me that I needed a new engine and was going to cost me $12k. My warranty would not cover it, nor would my extended warranty, because they said it was due to poor maintenance. The car is 2 years old and had regular oil changes, one even 3 days before the car broke down. The sales team was no help either, not willing to work with me in any way to try and get into a new vehicle or trade in. I decided to take my services elsewhere and they were going to charge me nearly half the cost of Nissan at $7k but turns out they did a little more digging into the car and turns out I did not need a new engine at all, there was a starter in the engine that got a little filthy from the last oil change I had gotten at a nation wide franchise Take 5. In all I paid more to get my vehicle to Nissan and then to hold my car for a entire week without any word or loaner vehicle while mine was supposed to be looked at, but yet they got the entire diagnosis wrong and tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars, then I did to get my car to a auto shop that took only 3 days and had a vehicle for me to barrow until mine is done, and it cost me less then $1k. I will never buy or deal with Nissan again and will advise others to do the same.
