Ricardo in finance department was very helpful and knowledgeable and getting us all lined out with the extra insurance coverage and put our remaining time on the new car. Very professional no pressure just informed us in a positive way. These 2 gentlemen made it a pleasurable best two I have ever dealt with at any car dealership.

shell game. I found a car I liked online, made contact, then got a confirmation the vehicle was available. I arranged to go the next day over a few emails: Got a confirmation. A sales manager proceded to called and confirm that very evening for the/my next days appointment. Car Available: Affirmative. Time: Affirmative — "I'll be there" The next day, before driving an hour to the Wallace Genesis dealer, I responded in the affirmative to yet another, "Good news about the car you are interested in ... it's still available!" And, ... Perhaps you've guessed where this is going ... Upon my arrival—NO VEHICLE; "Sorry, the car was sold ... we have a deposit on the vehicle. THIS after no fewer than four confirmations. Three confirmations over email, plus one verbal confirmation from the sales manager. In a world where your average retail chain can keep 50,000–150,000 skus under pretty tight inventory controls for the sake of online fufillment—surely a car dealership can keep tabs on 500-or-so $20k+ used cars. They certainly can—they choose not to. That's what you get when smoke-and-mirrors are your MO—A Shell Game. Note: I later noticed Wallace Genesis attempts to sell used car certifications at a hefty price on their used cars [$899 to $1999 that I noticed] — Nothing shady about that at all ...

Paul was great but the sales manager was a jerk and had a 'no can do' attitude. I left and was not coming back as there are many other dealerships to go to. A guy from Wallace followed up and I told him about the sales manager. He had someone call me and assured me that I would not have to work with the jerk.

Being its located in south Florida,the dealetship needed more cars with lighter interior colors. Most cars had dark colors like black or navy.

Excellent customer service!! No pressure from Paul and. Rico explained the savings I could benefit from by leasing. I’ve never been to a dealership were they actually didn’t run us around and gave good advice.

license tag. License plate readers pulled up my car as having expired plates even though i have 2024 tag and registration provided on my day of purchase. Poor service. It took 7 days to finally reach someone at the dealership that could handle this issue. I was transferred to full voice mails and extensions with no answers. Asked receptionist for the branch manager to call me. No one called. When i spoke with Gary in finance on July 15th after 5 days of trying to speak with someone in charge. He stated he did not include the 2024 tag because it was over 2 months till mine expired. He then stated i needed to go yo DMV to handle this because he did not include the renewal. I told him. "That is not true." I suggested he look that up. He said he had to check with another department to verify if they included the renewal. I explained they did because I have the tag for 2024 and the registration. Gary claimed he would check and call me Monday morning. Monday morning no one called. I have to call dealership again. Gary kept interrupting me while trying to state Big issue. Received email from Gary blaming tge DMV and now states they are sending information to DMV to update their records. I have been inconvenienced several times by being pulled over by police for this issue. This should not happen.
