I've been using Walker Ford service for over the past 10 years.

is enough. My Service Advisor did not listen to my needs or concerns about my car. He was arrogant, dismissive, and defensive with me. He did not fully explain certain things for me to make an informed decision. He did not keep me informed or communicate the status of the service work being performed. My car ended up being at the dealership for 5 weeks because he did not listen to me at the very start. I’m disappointed in the lack of “customer service” and the lack of “quality” and care of the work performed. I have to take my car back in for service to fix the things that should have been done in the 5 weeks they had my car. Seriously!!!!

The location is so so. My biggest concern was the fact that I you charged me to go thru the truck but I left the dealership with no rear lights, that's break lights, no turn signals or running lights. I had to drive in the rain 25 minutes down the rd. Then the next day I had to drive it back the next day. Just wondering why i was charged for something that obviously wasn't done.

A little hiccup with one of the parts I ordered online and had delivered to the dealership, but that wasn’t Kevin’s fault. He ordered a replacement for me, and I can’t wait to go back and have them installed. Walker Ford has given me a premium experience from Sales to Service. Have now purchased 3 vehicles from her! Should be salesperson of the year again. Worked with us on negotiating a good price, saw to it that we knew all features of the new Explorer, and had it ready to drive away without delay. I must add on Jackson Hall. Explained all additional options available for the Explorer and made it easy to complete all the "paperwork".

Super kind, super attentive to detail, and she made the whole buying process a breeze. She worked with me in advance to make sure everything was done before I got there, so I literally only had to sign a few documents and then I was off. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
