The latest is a barrage of solicitations weekly by mail from the sales department. I currently receive two pieces by mail weekly on average. Numerous calls have been made to Toyota of Gallatin. Unfortunately, the marketing continues as of the date of this review.

My daughter flew in from CO just to buy a car with Les Moser. He is very knowledgeable and was very frank in his discussions with my 18 year old and her budget wants versus her budget needs for now and in the next several years. He was very patient with her and never made us feel rushed. After many different test drives, she finally got the car of her dreams. I plan to return to Toyota of Gallatin when I am ready to trade in my current vehicle, as long as I again can work with Les. I will also be recommending Les when my son and dil are ready to trade in their car which they bought with an on-line car dealership and now regret. Thank you TOG, and thank you Les.

an indifferent person about things. I will say however that when I got an oil change the other day at this dealership, the man who goes by the name of Carl Anderson had a very ungoofy mood. That day I got chicken wings from a side road market and I was pretty stoped to find that my wife of 10 years finally left me. The fact that this singular man, who gave off “Marry me MGK” vibes, acted in this matter ruined my short, but packed, 30 minutes of happiness. professionally greeted by Elijah Young who never pressured or pushed any vehicle on me. He was honest and forthright in answering our questions and setting up a test drive. I know that I can be a hard person to please but Elijah was very accommodating, going above and beyond in addressing our questions/concerns. After we finalized the purchase, he ensured that the minor maintenance details we identified were corrected. He is a man of great integrity and the best sales person I've met in recent memory. I have two children looking to purchase a vehicle soon. Elijah Young is the person I'm recommending they see. He is a great representative of Toyota of Gallatin. Ask for him by name.

I entered the front lobby like a bat out of hell, fueled with nothing but anger and fire, and was met by a smiling face. Barry never backed down nor showed any kind of agitation, regardless of what I threw his way. His professionalism, sense of compassion and willingness to assist me in my purchase, made the drive from Murfreesboro worthy. I appreciate the education I received from Barry during the whole process, and his ability to communicate with me about a vehicle I knew nothing about. A car sales rep wears many hats, and Barry did that with so much grace. But they obviously are not trying to make a deal. So if you find the same vehicle you're looking for elsewhere, don't waste the drive to Gallatin.

Did not allow a test drive, let's look at the vehicle, etc. I had specifically told them that I wanted to look at a few vehicles and what options I was looking for in the vehicle on the phone. Instead of finding me one, the sales team was BS me with 'You are not always going to find a car you want, okay.' Avoid this dealer at all costs. Jake Thomson, Dubb Gibben's, Eric Carr have no knowledge of customer service. Very very very rude.

bought a 2016 4 Runner and have my 2 other Toyota service there. I decided to trade with in my 2016 4 Runner and purchased a 2020 RAV4 hybrid limited ( not a cheap price car). On the day of my purchase we decided that the cart we drove another RAV4 which didn’t have the features/ color we wanted. They just got in this last limited RAV4 in which they pulled off the plastic as we did the paperwork. After paperwork was done we went to pick up the check for the payment of the car from the bank which was 30 miles away. We took the new RAV4 and were trying to make it back to the dealership before they closed. However, we got onto the parkway and at 50 mph we heard a whistle sound of air from the driver side window. We ended up not making it back to the dealership in time that day and returned the next morning. I advise the sales person about this whistle of air in type car and he told me that I would have to deal with the service department. I had already asked when I traded my 4 Runner in that I wanted the wheel locks on the car and the original bolts were in the glove compartment and was told that they couldn’t swap. The young lady in the service department went on her own and got my locks. I was told that the car air coming through the driver side window was normal for all RAV4. I left the dealership not happy after spending 40,000 on a car that should not have air coming through the window. I went home and ordered gasket to put around the doors and reduced some of the air noise but at highway speeds even went there is no wind. It sounds like it blistering winds. While I spent almost $100.00 for gaskets to place into every door jams , hood and any gaps on the car. I noticed that the car doesn’t have these ( I been told styrofoam incerts between fender and door jams. I had my other car with me when I brought this missing part that should have been there. So today I bring back the car today to show them. I was advise that they are in the fenders but are pushed back and they don’t know why but I can purchase new styrofoam for $130.00 dollars and to install they could try to hive an estimate. At this point, I’m done. A brand new car that whistles down the road which they agreed ( I also put on window visors but make no difference) it make a whistle air sound. Now told me that it’s going to cost me to install the styrofoam insert. I’m 62 years old and have purchased a car usually every 3 to 4 years have never had a dealership that blows you off once they make the car sale. In fact, never ever had an issue with a brand new car and this maybe the practice of dealerships. However, I would not recommend this dealership for the fact that they have made this issue my problem not theirs. Of course they have lost my service on my 3 Toyota’s. Their are other dealerships just as close to this one from my home. For the record, RAV4 have road noise and maybe extra soundproofing could be done but having a whistle of air in your ear as you drive is so aggravating!

not responsive after the sale, promises that were not kept, looks like new ownership decided to sell cars and not provide customer experiences. I have a list of promises not kept, brought back for service they promised me two days after purchase, license plate missing, all my belongings were taken out of the car and trashed, no option to replace and basically said it was my fault for leaving my belongings in the car

Ken Epley at Toyota of Gallatin was great! Patient and easy to communicate with. Ken understood this was a large purchase and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Jake, the general manager was also great to work with, making sure I felt like I was getting a good deal!

The mileage on our 2012 Toyota Sienna SE van was approaching 260,000 miles. Had no problem with it for short jaunts from home, but uneasy about long trips. Decided just to "go look" at 2020 Toyotas. Met with Ron Hibbard who introduced us to Barry Robinson, sales consultant. He put us in a 2020 Highlander XLE to test drive. Barry was honest, sincere, helpful and made us feel very comfortable with our multitude of questions. After a short drive, we came back to the dealership ready to "deal". We knew our financial limitations and Barry worked hard with us to arrange payments that we could afford. We drove away in our new Highlander, completely satisfied with every aspect of this transaction. Would highly recommend this deanship for sales and service! They are terrific!

It doesn't get much more down to earth than that.
