00 for a 2025 escape at line they had removed all paper that would show price of car I went to another dealer to see sticker price. I hand carrier my complaint to Sutton Ford may 30 2025 no response on June 6 2024 I will send the same complaint to Ford in dearborn mich. All the Ford was advertising employee pricing for all with 3.9% financing with 825 credit score I was only offered 6.9%

I had an appointment to look at a car . I got there , they ran my credit , they test drove my trade in . Apparently, unknown to them they have already sold the car I went to look at . The salesman told me this was not his fault . They sold the car , they ran my credit . For nothing . Everything was for nothing ! The drive ! The time spent ! They don’t give a (:)$&))($& !

I leased a 2025 Maverick and under 300 miles the window pillar is falling off. I contacted the dealership and I was told ‘that’s due to poor craftsmanship’ and is not their fault. The salesman didn’t know much about the vehicles they sell. I went in to finalize me lease and I literally had to wait for the lease guy to come in on his day off. DON’T BUY A VEHICLE FROM SUTTON FORD!

He’s very knowledgeable and very thorough. He made purchasing my vehicle quick, easy and I wasn’t there long. As far as the dealership I was told to bring my vehicle back for inspection which I did. I told the woman when I dropped my vehicle off that the light came on the dashboard saying the battery needed to be changed in the fob, she stated no problem they would change it. I called back a couple days later to inform them that my fob was damaged. Because of my work schedule I didn’t realize it was past the time that the service department was closed. I spoke to the night call and she took down my information and explained someone will call me back the next day. No one ever called me back so I won’t purchase again from this dealership. I think that it’s unprofessional that my key fob was damaged and no one called to try and fix the situation.

Everything that came out of salesman and the sales manager were lies. Never have I been so disrespected or treated more poorly in my life. I would strongly suggest anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to search elsewhere. When the sales manager promises you something and doesn't follow through with it that's very poor customer service and why would the sales team be any better. Hopefully the owners read this and think about if this is how they want to be known of as a dealer. In my business if the manager or salesman did what they did to me they would be looking for new jobs. My reputation means something apparently there's doesn't.

Sutton. I briefly talked to Greg Logan on a Saturday morning and explained what I was looking for. I went there about 3:00 pm and he had several cars in the garage for me to look at. I ended up buying one of those cars. Greg purchasing/negotiation/delivery process a pleasant experience. Greg is the type of salesperson who remembers who his customers are. It is likely that I will buy my next vehicle from Greg. I also have had experience with their service department to change my oil and do a "Butler" treatment on my car. The people I worked with were all friendly and helpful. It is a plus that they were able to arrange for me to get a ride to and from the dealer while they were working on my car.
