they will waste 2 months or more of your time while your vehicle sits in the lot untouched. I took my vehicle in February and they said they only ran diagnostics on the 1st and 15th of the month which I’ve never heard of and so I had to wait until the 1st. The 1st came around and they didn’t call me. I tried calling and The service adviser would ignore my calls and just txt me one word answers. I had to go in person to get answers and my vehicle was in the same spot the tow truck dropped it off at. They said they were waiting on parts and weeks passed again and no communication from them at all. Finally they said they had parts and would start on repairs at the end of the week. I gave them another chance and again nothing was done my vehicle was still in the same parking space. At this point March had gone by and it was now April. I got tired of waiting and I had my truck towed to another dealership that took my truck in and got it up and running within 4 days. Absolutely don’t even think about going here the customer service is horrible and they don’t really seem to care to get your vehicle back to you at all. If I could give zero stars rating I would. Please don’t waste your time, they will only give you the run around and never actually get anything done.

Doesn’t waste your time, gets you exactly the info you need, and is always professional. Had such a great experience getting my daughter a new car a few months ago that I came back to get a new Bronco for myself. There are closer Ford dealerships but Schomp has earned my trust and my business.

Starting with keeping me informed about a particular vehicle that I saw online to helping me the day I came in to see it. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of options! It was a very pleasant experience!

Deidre, Colten, Mitch, the managers… everyone was great, not pushy, and professional. I was buying a car for my daughter and they helped me track down nearly 4K in rebates, were very pleasant on the test drive, and very efficient in the paperwork process. I even got to sign all of my documents online. Very little wasted time or effort. No hidden fees or dragged out conversations to upsell me on things I don’t want. Will seriously consider coming back again soon when I need a new car for myself!

Fred good enough to notice the windshield was chipped and put a new windshield on the dealerships "we owe you" list. He could've easily said nothing and I wouldn't have noticed the chip for days. Will definitely look at Schomp first for future vehicles.

Offered me a quote quickly and gave absolutely no pressure to buy when I told him I wanted to look at a few more at different dealers before making my decision. Came back a few hours later and he had the truck washed and waiting for me in the front to inspect before I made my final decision to purchase. Would highly recommended working with him to anyone and will be asking for him on my next vehicle purchase.

I had a wonderful experience with Micah W. He was able to get me in a test drive a new 24 Bronco! He broke everything down in simple terms for me and helped me understand all the coverage options. I will definitely be coming back soon to trade in my wife's car soon with Micah !

He was even able to arrange for me to complete all of the paperwork online, saving me hours of time in my busy schedule. horn harness and fuel door worked on. Dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for a friday morning appointment and was told 24 to 36 hours for diagnosis. Called for an update on Saturday and the service advisor had zero answers and was told the tech was off so no work was completed. Call again Monday for an update found out that the cooling fan relay was part of a recall but tech was pulled off my vehicle to work on another vehicle for another tech (still no work completed. Call Tuesday for an update still no answers on the fuel door or the horn and tech refused to diagnose other problems till the recall is completed. Asked to speak with the service manager and was told their in a meeting and still no call back. Now I've worked at a dealership so I understand I'm not the only customer and I know parts take time but to have zero communication (unless I call them) or progress on my vehicle after 4 working days is inexcusable and makes no sense why the tech wouldn't look at the other issues to get parts ordered to push vehicles out faster is beyond me by the end of day 5 only the recall was finished. I refused the other parts of the ticket to go elsewhere to have the repairs completed. If less then 1 star was a option I'd give it 0 stars

My family and I have been in search of a Ford Transit Trail Edition and Schomp Ford, through extensive research, had one on order that was supposed to deliver soon. Full backstory: through my employer I am offered a benefit for discounts on Ford vehicles. In speaking with the Schomp Salesman (it is at the discretion of the dealer to honor) they chose to not honor the discount due to the high demand of the Transit Trail (note "high demand"). The salesman went on to state that we could put down a refundable deposit of $500 to reserve the Transit at full MSRP and he would send us the paperwork to get it locked in. Upon receiving the deposit paperwork, it came to light that it was actually a non-refundable deposit and that it was only refundable upon not getting approved for financing. This was very off-putting as it was originally communicated/presented as fully refundable. Following was a long message thread where I asked Schomp to make the consession of waiving their policy on the deposit being non-refundable as I was willing to make the consession of paying full MSRP, forgoing the discount benefit I'm provided on Ford vehicles. Considering the discount was substantially greater than them waiving their policy on deposits being non-refundable, it seemed in my opinion to be a fair deal not to mention their confidence in being able to sell the unit with ease once it were to arrive and my family and I were to choose to back out of the deal. I even offered to put down a non-refundable deposit if they were to honor my discount. Nevertheless, their Sales Manager (who reached out to me) and GM were not interested in making any such consessions claiming they needed to hold fast to their policy, mind you a non-Ford policy. This is not a Ford policy as the deposit is not communicated to Ford as it would not trigger the release of the vehicle which the salesman stated was awaiting pickup (already built, along with other 2024 units) and being held by Ford until they unloaded more of their aging 2023 inventory. I guess the greatest disappointment comes from my own experience as someone who is in sales and believes in building customers for life, not to mention the old adage: a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Both parties were leaving something on the table and while not of equal value, I was comfortable with that at the time. Reflecting on how this was handled, it spoke volumes to me about the character of Schomp Ford as a dealer, their ownership, leadership, culture but most importantly, their values. If they were unwilling to make such a small compromise and consession, what other policy(s) would they hold fast to when a show of goodwill could ensure they earned or kept a customer for life? This is a business/dealer I have no interest ever partnering or working with. I wish others a better experience than I had moving forward; just be leery, your business should be valued.

I understand we had holidays, diesel techs are limited at dealers etc, I’m not unreasonable. The service advisor Miguel has been awful, bare minimum communication, no updates without my follow-up and zero concern for getting your vehicle back to you. Edit: I was really hoping to be able to turn this review into a positive one, but it does not look like that is going to happen. I received a call immediately after posting this review from Miguel (our service advisor) he gave me a more thorough update on the diagnosis of the vehicle, which he had not bothered to do the whole time it had been there. He also said they would get the vehicle in to look at, but "management would want to see the negative review removed before bringing the vehicle in". I told him I would not be adjusting or removing the review until this situation was made right. I later got a call from the service manager Rick. He did seem genuinely concerned about making this situation right. I told him I planned to tow the vehicle somewhere else. He assured me the vehicle would be pulled in within a week and would not be pulled out until it was finished. So I agreed to allow them to make it right. They brought it in as promised on January 26th, I approved all repairs as soon as the work order came through and the vehicle got pushed back out of the bay. On January 31st I was told the vehicle was on the schedule for the second week of February. Here we are February 15th and the vehicle still has not made it into the shop. The only response I got was a "we had a delay". Bottom line is unless you don't need your vehicle do not take it here, because it's no different than taking it to a junkyard and they don't stand by anything they tell you. Our vehicle has been there 58 days and counting, with no sign of repairs happening anytime soon.

Also, they didn’t have the plug so I can’t charge my EV. They couldn’t find the key for the cargo box either. I have to return after the holiday and that means even more time.

$75k brand new f150 platinum purchase with dealer warranty and extras. Pushed the known flawed qi wireless charging system to a we owe you to fix and then blamed my brand new iPhone as being incompatible with ford - refused to fix as first service upon purchase. We owe u tannou cover damaged from this dealer on install. Tinted windows from dealer had to be redone because outsourced shop installed with massive bubbling. Dealer fixed as part of the purchase agreement (shocking) and now passenger side door/dash rattles loudly. Service dept lies as says they cannot hear it. Service dept is incompetent and treats premium customer poorly. Avoid this dealer.
