Rye Subaru

Subaru. No exception this time

filter. I was told it would take about 1 hour. After an hour I asked about the car. I was told it was almost ready. Half an hour later I asked again.This time the service advisor made a phone call. From what I overheard of the conversation, the service people were about to take off all the tires. The service advisor told them the customer had declined new tires. This was the first I heard about new tires. Having waited 1 and a half hours, I just wanted to get my car and go home. I couldn't believe that the people servicing my car would go ahead and put new tires on without my authorization. The service advisor, as she gave me my paperwork, told me I needed new tires.

(instead of car seat covers) had dark grey blackish stains when I got my car back. Maybe have your mechanics have cleaner uniforms for inspections. The service dept re accessories and help with using this computer on 4 wheels was completely inaccessible. I go to another dealership. I returned to Rye for the inspection because the other dealership was having phone lines problems that day. As for scheduling that NYS inspection, Paula was fine.
