they didnt tighten the oil drain plug after my complimentary oil change. it slowly vibrated out over the course of a couple weeks and this morning i got out to my car and theres a puddle of oil under it. oil plug only had a quarter turn left before it wouldve fallen out completely. i tightened the plug and had to add 3 quarts before it showed on the dipstick. i got EXTREMELY lucky that it happened the way it did. it couldve easily destroyed the engine if the plug fell out while driving on the highway. wouldve been a complete nightmare to get them to warranty that even though its 100% their fault. also they are very unprofessional in the waiting room of the service department. they talk xxxx about customers and say hateful homophobic things in front of customers. dont ever buy a car here if you want to be taken care of.

fabricates and falsifies information. Transparent to the truth false accusations made without contacting customer. Customers beware.

called to schedule one given that we have had any/all work done here in the past two years. They said my tinted windows measured 31 instead of the legal limit of 35. Who knew? So, they told me to bring it to an auto body shop to have it tested and get a "certificate" if it passed. Funny thing was, this same place inspected the same car last year and never said a word about the tint. We bought it brand new in a different state. And, the auto body place said it was 33 and there is a margin of 2, so I got the darn certificate. I go back to the dealership and have to wait for a technician to be available because the two clerks didn't like the way I came in and handed them the "certificate" and complained about having to waste $45 when clearly their equipment is not working properly. Thus, the manager comes out to give me proof of the law and says that since he is the new Mgr, things are done by the book now. HUH? Last year, I guess not so much. When I ask why I wasn't told I had to bring the certificate, he says it is my vehicle and should know the laws. WOW. I'll never go back there again- EVER. Nor will I buy a HYUNDAI.

Rowe in Auburn, ME! Both times I have been, I’ve had a great experience! I also brought my mom there to get her Hyundai from James, & my husband will be getting his next vehicle there when the time comes. I have bought many vehicles from several dealerships, & never had as good of an experience as I have at Rowe Hyundai in Auburn! I can’t recommend them and James highly enough!!!

on numerous occasions and could not be more pleased. Their staff is professional, honest, and very personable with reasonable prices. Megan Webber was the service advisor I primarily dealt with and she went above and beyond to help me and was always available for questions or concerns. She remained understanding and helpful every step of the way- from obtaining the quote(s) to the actual repair(s).

but I believe the labor cost was way overboard my car was in garage for 7 hours with one mechanic. and my labor was 2600.00

The experience started off great. Once we researched the vehicle we found the the same vehicle same or less mileage was thousands cheaper. We spoke with our sales representative who had his manager only want to meet us “halfway “. The sales representative then told us that this vehicle had been there for 71 days and until it is there for longer they will not go any lower. At that point is when he started to make us feel like we didn’t matter. We had CASH in hand to buy this vehicle. When we got home I called the General Sales Manager who also did not want to give us the time of day. We will absolutely NEVER buy a vehicle from Rowe! They do not make you feel like you are appreciated.

00. They are by definition, not quick nor do they have tires. When the tires came in they wanted me to drop my car off and leave it. Michelle told me that they were booked up for months. She said they would try to work it in and they would call me when it was complete. Well, they kept their tires and I went to a tire store and got the same tires in one hour. Also Michelle was very rude.

On the 8th I called for the progress on the car. I was told it would not be even started until Monday the 12th. This situation is untenable. I am disabled and need the car for medical appointments. At this point, I have had to just reschedule several appointments because I do not have a way to get there. I will be making a formal complaint to Rowe management.

called to ask for a service appt and price match for a mailed FORD dealer promotion, from another local dealer. no go.. (RUDE NO Go) the dealer, in my opinion, does not have an honest service department. i will do my best to never go there again. Ford corporate, are you paying attention? you have a problem, and you need to fix it soon

very poor service dealership. i have had multiple issues with the sunroof on my 2015 F150, all under warranty. after the last visit, I was told that it was a defect in the design, and that they would no longer cover this. HUH?? to make things worse, they broke the tracks that hold the sunroof in when they were putting it back together. oops, so sorry, its only a grand to replace them. HUH?? because of the lack of dealers in Lewiston ME i am limited as to where to take this F150 Lariat. The truck is there now, and the service advisor is arrogant, condescending and rude. so glad i bought a 100k warranty /5 years that expired at the 5 years not the 83k that is on the truck. 400 bucks for a throttle body, of course its not in stock, why would it be? this dealership sucks no FORD EVER AGAIN. Rowe, pay attention, your service SUCKS

Certified Preowned the vehicle was damaged we pointed it out and asked if it would be repaired the vehicle was priced about 1600 over value we made a solid offer and we’re told we have no idea how much the damage will be to fix and the price is solid we were like Uhm seriously? we had a check already to sign prior to this I have bought brand new vehicles twice from Rowe we still have ago but never again.

We went to this dealership on Thursday afternoon to shop for a new car and test drove 2,gotan offer on our trade and a price on 1 of the vehicles.We told the salesman if we could call him in the morning with our decision and he said they would hold it till noon on Friday.Friday we called at 9am to tell him we would purchase the vehicle and he said it was being test driven by someone and THEY were given first option to buy the car we wanted. They always say not to trust a salesman !! They are right!

And couldn’t be more impressed! Accommodating and friendly were just the top attributes! Very happy with my experience.

We've owned our Kia Sorento since September 2021. Vehicle has maybe 90,000 miles on it. Their mechanics need to be re-educated. Supposedly the vehicle had been thoroughly looked over for inspectable items according to the Carfax we pulled. It was not. Found out two days after buying it that the hood release secondary latch was broken. Before we can take it to be fixed, it has to go to a transmission place (for another issue, a Transmission Fluid Temperature sensor to the tune of $600). We don't live close enough to tow it to Rowe Auburn each time and I don't trust their service department to do the repair right anyway so our trusted mechanic inspected the vehicle. He found another inspectable item, the pipe near the catalytic converter had a hole in it. When he took it off to replace it, the pipe cracked in his hands. The previous time purchasing a vehicle we purchased one from a very honest dealer in New Hampshire who not only delivered the vehicle to use but replaced a windshield that had a chip in it. This time we wanted to give a Maine dealer the business. Never again.

morning then ordered a new Shelby GT 500 in the afternoon. Waited quite awhile for car to come in but Greg West kept me informed and updated during my wait time. Nothing negative to say. Did what they promised with no games.

a new car I had put a deposit on/was ready to purchase. Rather than tell me what happened, they tried making up excuses why I couldn't come in and buy it. I had sold my original car and was pressing the sales guy that I literally need to come in for the car tomorrow because I currently have no vehicle. Only then did he deliver the bad news that the new car had been damaged. They were trying to put me off for a few days so they could try and repair the damaged paint so I would hopefully not notice. Terrible.The sales manager involved in this should be disgusted in themselves and reconsider what they do for a living.

folks went above and beyond to get me into my 2022 Hyundai Kona SEL and with the monthly payment I was looking for. My salesman worked very hard and never gave up even with the difficult buying situations that we are experiencing due to the pandemic. Imagine my surprise when I went in to sign paperwork and my payment was actually lower than I expected! I highly recommend Rowe Auburn and Brian Kelsea in sales! He wasn't pushy and wanted us to "experience" the car and make our own decision. Turns out that we also test drove the Hyundai Palisade as well and decided on the Hyundai. We are very happy with the car. The whole transaction was quick and not pressured. We are returning Rowe customers and would definitely return.

coming across Rowe Ford, i did look at reviews. I had read quite a few of people noting how "great Gary was to deal with." Interestingly when I got to the dealership to look at some vehicles I had seen online, I was met at the door by "Gary." I had to tell him I had seen the reviews about him. He graciously said it was all lies, jokingly. Gary showed me several vehicles, put up with my "color" request, mileage, my payment desired and so on. I had to leave but went back the next morning and the car I had intended to consider had been sold by the Kia dealership. Then Gary had an idea about a car that just came in. He went and retieved the Kia Seltos. I had never even heard of this car and it's awesome Neptune Blue. Wow, what a nice option. I went for a rid and was hooked. Not fancy etc. I thought, no way in my payment range. Gary started working with finance, keeping me updated and checking in while processes were happening. I learned about leasing which I had never considered before and Gary got me additional info so I could understand when I asked him for it. Other dealers also checked in and made conversation during our wait time. Gary kept updating me on the purchasing process regularly. I trusted Gary and ended up taking a lease on the car and was approved and in my payment range. In my opinion Gary provided excellent professional and friendly services, transparency and assistance. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to push anything on and had let me try a few cars. Gary and Leah both provided excellent and friendly service. I entered showroom on Saturday morning. Found sales staff in group discussion. Daniel went to get car. Still had plastic on seats. to short test drive. When I returned, Daniel said he had another customer and didn’t have time to give me a price. Promise email Monday.. It’s Monday, no email. No call. Rowe cancelled two test drive appointment before this. Maybe it’s a front for laundering money tor something because they aren’t interested in selling cars

I was getting out of a lease early & he was very informative, answered all of my questions (I had many!), & never once made me feel pressured. needs Gary quickly searched the inventory and found a truck that fit. Beyond that, as I was in a time constraint to get back to work issue I had they graciously move quickly to get all the paperwork finished and allowed me to get back to my responsibilities. In the rush my truck did not get the full prep it should have had.
